Its pretty much shows how the difference between characters and Assists will run in the 3DS version. As Noob said, assists and Pokémon will run at 30fps, while the rest of the game will run at 60. The main reason behind the image was because Samurai Goroh is there. Goroh is a character from F-Zero, as is Falcon. I'm saying that Falcon is pretty much confirmed by that image, as Goroh is hardly the star of the show, so to speak.
