Mugen Archive Access Denied?

I dunno if this is the right place to talk about it, but has anyone been hit with Error 1020 when trying to access Mugen Archive? because a few weeks ago i've been hit by it out of the blue so suddenly.

Thing is...I never experienced Error 1020 (Only because my IP Address was banned)

well i tried to access mugen archive but i got an error and it says access denied and error 1020 and i cant access mugen because its denied

If people are still getting this issue, disable any VPN you have turned on, I couldn't access while my NordVPN was active but as soon as i disconnected it i was allowed on

5 years later and the problem is still there, i dont think they are gonna fix it tbh
