The character was designed specifically for that game. I don't know if this "fixed" version you speak of adds all the required dependencies from the original game, but it really wasn't intended to be used in a regular MUGEN environment in any case. Lifebars are hidden due to active nobardisplay AssertSpecial flags. Search for any instances of these within the character and remove them.

Definitely not from Doom Eternal since that's way too new, but then I don't believe there's one based on his 2016 appearance either. The only one I know of is a version based on the classic Doomguy.

The site itself is safe, yes. The thing to keep in mind is that a lot of this site's content features links to other websites, and while it forbids linking to known malicious websites, there is no guarantee that a site that was safe at the time has not since become compromised. This is the same for any website, really.

No. The prototype version from the original devs is no longer being worked on; this is an unofficial development branch that uses the IKEMEN engine, but is endorsed by the original devs.

MUGEN is odd with how it handles the palette for the small portrait; on the select screen, it's the portrait's own internal palette, but for the lifebars, it uses the character's palette. For it to be messing up on the lifebars, that implies it's not displaying properly with the character's palette.

You can upload images to a host like Imgur and then embed them here by pasting the direct image link. While neither I nor anyone here can really answer this question in a helpful manner since we're not MA staff, they're very strict when it comes to who can access their site. My guess is that you're using a browser extension they don't like or a VPN, though while it's entirely possible it's just a Cloudflare thing, MFFA uses the same service and you're able to access this site just fine.

You'll never find a MUGEN build that features literally every piece of content ever created because that'd be several terabytes in size and no file storage would host that, plus it'd constantly be outdated due to new content being created/found.
