That freak who came to install the phone refused to come in when I was at home. So, while he was at work, the phone was installed. However, when I had returned home, the phone was not working. I've did a complaint and they sent another man who tould me that he could not do a thing since it wasn't his duty to make instalations, but he made clear the phone line was mute, so it was impossible to use internet. Then, the problem was finally solved and the phone got back working. I've got a good discount in the phone bill due the poor service since the technician should had came when I was at home. After all, there is no point of making a customer wait for a whole week and do the service without being sure that everything was working.
