    Yup, definitely an alpha. From the looks of her SFF file, Im suspecting she's also a spriteswap of someone's athena, that or the author is using it as a base. Only time will tell though.

    In retrospect, the tier list as it is right now isnt 100% accurate but I'll be trying to get as much data as possible (I literally have 0 on Alice, Sakuya, Hong, and Eirin) so with more data, the tiers will eventually settle.

He also included an old Beta version of Mima from 2013 that I was working on around the same time as Lie Meiling but never publicly released it. For the time being I guess you can say she's exclusive to the game, as I don't really have any plans on publicly releasing her, at least not without giving her another overhaul to include gameplay stuff that's been added over the past 2 years.

    Im pretty sure the note to increase the helpermax is because of the intensive use of helpers in this character that would cause it to bug out if played with mugen's default settings. Some source-accurate Touhou characters also have instructions to increase the helpermax for the same reason.

    Looks like it was an oversight. From previous experience, setting ownpal to 0 when the explod is created from inside a helper causes them to share palette effects with the helper rather than the player. I'll have to take a closer look.

    Considering the recent update removed many of the older characters, the list has been changed to reflect this. Haven't added Marisa yet until I get more input from those who know her matchups a bit better, but I'm predicting her to be at least A based on what I've seen so far. Also, the nerfs to Reimu in her latest update aren't going to applied to the update for a while or so I was told. EDIT: Added Marisa to the A tier
