Partially intentional. Originally the damages were going to be 160 and 140, respectively, but I ended up nerfing the move as a whole at the last minute since she was able to dish out some pretty damaging combos with this followed up by Master Spark (bordering on the 400 range). The increase in damage in the Hard version is, I feel, compensated for by the fact that not only does the EX version gives her full invincibility until she starts falling, as opposed to only startup invincibility that the hard version has, but also that the hard version deals significantly less damage if she doesn't make contact on the 1st or 2nd active frames of the attack.

I may implement them in a future update. Mind if I see?

Its time for another CotM. No new rules to make note of, aside from the new CotP that we will now have every 4 months. Nominations & Voting Rules You may nominate up to 4 characters per month. You may only nominate a character that was released and/or updated during the given month. You cannot nominate characters that have previously won Gold or Silver in any previous Character of the Month. Be specific as to which character you are nominating; include both the name and the author name and, if applicable, the release thread of the character. To make things easier, we suggest that you append the number of nominations that the character has, including your own, when you make your nominations. Characters that have been nominated by at least 3 different people will become candidates for voting. Candidates for voting cannot be nominated any more (as there is no real purpose to this) Voting begins 15 days after the nomination period began, or once 20 characters have been nominated as candidates. The voting period lasts for 15 days. The winner will be announced at the end of this period. During this time, you will be permitted to vote for one character for CotM. So please choose wisely You may choose to nominate a candidacy rejection. Candidacy rejections can only be done on characters that have obtained at least 3 nominations for CotM. When nominating a candidacy rejection, you MUST list the reason(s) why you believe that the character should not be in the list of candidates. Note that if we, the staff of MFFA, feel that your reason for candidacy rejection is not adequate enough, we have the right to reject your nomination for candidacy rejection. At least three (3) valid nominations for candidacy rejection are required for a character to be removed from the list of candidates. You can only make one nomination for candidacy rejection per month, which also counts towards your 3 nomination limit. No collusion of any kind. If we find out that anyone has conspired with other users to nominate characters for the sole purpose of preventing another character from being nominated as a candidate by flooding the list of candidates until it reaches maximum capacity, those nominations will be null and void and all parties involved will be banned from participating in future CotM. What is Character of the Period (CotP)? CotP is a compliment to CotM where the 1st and 2nd place winners of each 4-month period will be voted on in a manner similar to CotM. The 1st and 2nd place winners of each period will then be voted on when it comes time to decide Character of the Year. Since MFFA's CotM first started in May of 2015, this CotP will cover the period of May 2015 to August 2015. Voting will end October 15, 2015. Standard CotM voting rules still apply. Not sure what's going on but attempting to use trip attacks attacks that put player2 into a custom state causes this to happen: And its not just one either:

I knew something was up when loading this character in Fighter Factory 3 caused it to crash, turns out the issue was because, despite being a 1.0 character, it had palettes assigned as whitespace (ironically, a certain Pachirisu by "another" author had the exact same issue). Anyway, the character has a mess of issues, including no damage dampening, resulting in meterless combos that can easily deal over half the opponent's health, and supers that can hit opponents during superpause. Considering the last part of the previous paragraph, I'm not sure if it's worth delving deeper into this character.

Okay so the September tier shift update for Singles UUbers is finally here. Under normal circumstances, the use is based on Pokemon Showdown's use statistics for the 1760 ladder using data from the past three months. However, since use data for the Ubers tier is still not available this month, I was forced to use alternative data. As such, I had to incorporate the use statistics from Pokemon Online's ranking data, in the following manner: Pokemon Showdown June 2015 data: 5.56% weighted use Pokemon Showdown July 2015 data: 27.78% weighted use Pokemon Online June 2015 data: 2.78% weighted use Pokemon Online July 2015 data: 8.33% weighted use Pokemon Online August 2015 data: 55.56% weighted use This resulted in the following weighted use for the past 3 months: The following Pokemon are now banned from Singles UUbers: The following Pokemon are now unbanned from Singles UUbers: The viability list has been updated to reflect these changes; Excadrill & Giratina-A have been removed from B rank, while Clefable has been removed from C rank.
