There's one, but hes awful. There are chibi Luffy's scaled up to normal size and they look right like the show, tho. Be thankful he doesnt have baby dimensions like NZC and JUS characters with the giant heads, big eyes, and toddler baby bodies

 

This Elsa isnt too bad. Shes a decent beta, with enough work she seems like she could be a good MvC type character. Her damage isnt too high, its right on point with the older MvC standards where hypers can cut like 25% life.

Even though Frozen was, at best, decent to me, I wouldn't ever think of putting Elsa in Mugen.

And by Chuchoryu of all people. Oh well, might as well try her out.

I take it she's a beta release cause there is MUCH to be improved on/fixed. I really hope she gets updated over time. She has so much to offer.

I dreaded the day that Elsa would be in mugen ever since I heard about it. My only fear now is Anna and or Olof!

I wonder is it a bad thing if someone (such as me) take chochoryu's character's and remakes them?

I think it be alright depends if you can edit some of the sprites (which it not that many in the character currently)

wouldn't really matter if he minded but I can agree he probably would not. Ryon by all means if you think you can salvage them then please do hes made some ok stuff but they need alot of work.
