This is only the case if the localcoord of the stage is 320x240 or none (defaulting to 320,240). Remember that you also have to halve the deltas for each BG Layer.
In the even that that the localcoord of your stage is 640x480, then you set the localcoord to 850,480 and adjust the bounds only. Leave the deltas alone at that point.
He's not talking about actual zoom from the sound of it. He's using the word here to describe the act of the stage filling the screen. It's the wrong term, but I think that's what he means. -

Ok, so SPRI YAR ZON recently asked me to fix a few things in Wario by flammableking, Axkeeper and Set555's, and at first I was like "Well I like Warner's Wario, and I got that in my roster right now, and this one's got too many issues for me so..." but the more I play tested it, the more I was like "Ok, I think I can work with this."
So I started by exporting all the sprites into gimp, batch processed them to get some flatter bolder tones that looked a bit more mugen appropriate, and reloaded them back in, one by one. 16 hours. Had to do it that way to preserve the x,y axis. Oh, on that note, if anyone happens to feel like passing the suggestion in the spoiler at the bottom along to VirtualTek over at MFG, that would be awesome. Might save a bunch of people a bunch of time.
Anyway, then I started redoing all the animations and clsns and untangling and rebuilding the code. It was a little bit like Ryu and Wario in a blender at first. I added in animations, rounded off edges... well, there's a change log below that has most of what I did. So after about a week of solid work I'm about 2/3 of the way through the project, and I've been posting the work log on my edit's thread.
As it happens, I'm going to visit my girlfriend for the long weekend, so I was just going to pm SPRI YAR ZON a private beta so he didn't have to wait, but then Staubhold asked for a beta to test. I figured he was probably right, I should put a beta up for testing before I release it. Given the actual amount of work I put into it, which will hopefully show, I figured I'd do it right and make an actual topic, rather than just popping it up on the ol edit's thread. So here we are.
Thanks go to SPRI for suggesting this character, and of course flammableking, Axkeeper and Set555 for all the hard work they already put into it.

Been playing alot of "Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers The Fighting Edition" and its a pretty kick ass game. Love the 'Data Zone' music.
I'm aware that the earth is a bit stretched, it'll have to do til I replay the game and rip the BG myself...
Also, this makes stage #29! I'm making 1 more stage before I retire from stage making... really want it to be a Sonic stage....

Hey Everyone,
My screenpack for 1.1 is finally done (yep, it rhymes). The screenpack features a set of matching lifebars that has a range of colors that are very vibrant and stand out. The background cycles through five colors that keep things looking interesting. The lifebars also feature this function. There's a lot of work and effort that went into these and even more that I can't explain. So, go download it and enjoy!

So it's come to my attention that I used to prefix my characters Raging, but now Im gonna rebrand them as R-Type. at least my recent past ones, I'll make a list soon, the original Raging Characters will stay the same.
So now i present to you! R-Type Karin.
SO far she is about 80% complete. has all of her basics and most special moves.
1 Major improvement from my Karin over original karin is variations in her counter.
So now a gif!
I still gotta come up with her other counters, but this is Heavy Kick counter.

Hello everyone i am currently working on my first mugen character, The Geno Saurer from Zoids.
I hope I can make this be an enjoyable character for some, though it may take a while to complete.
Anyways here is its idle, walking, and taunt animations.
Edit: Finished most of the basic and special attacks
Edit 2: sprite work is now complete for the geno.

I was stuck for a bit, but picked it up again and completed the Fight, Round, KO, etc. animations, the combo counter and win counter icons and the announcer voice. All that's left for the bars is to make Turns and Simul variants. After that, I'm probably going to make some custom fightfx for them too. :P -
