It's OK. Cry not, for there is a simple solution!
Just take people's criticisms into account and improve your works. I'm not kidding, it really is that simple. And even a small step in that direction is all it takes for a BIG difference.
But in all seriousness, almost the entire reason I was driven to suicide once was because I DIDN'T do that. But, of course, I realized my mistake and pushed onward. Just take the above advice, and you won't be ending up like me anytime soon.

Every time i release a new character, i get hate reply, get to many down-votes and giving bug errors. Do i have to quit MFFA or help me train harder?

Here's the issue, you're rushing out characters, good characters take a long time to make, if you rush them out, they are gonna be full of errors, every character you released has had the same issues we've been reporting on, it's been repeated over and over, take some time away, practice, and watch tutorials, You just keep rushing characters out.

Look we don't want you to quit this site but you know that a character takes time to be complete instead of rushing it also they have errors because you don't see the code and remove the leftovers... also i'm sorry for posting that video...

Be warned, this stage was not meant to be taken seriously. It was just a goof me and Joey pulled cause why not? I edited a Rivals of Aether stage and made it as accurate as I could have made it to the video, obviously at the cost of giving player 2 the disadvantage of being cornered much more easily. Whooooops... Anyway take it. Take it now.

Another 2ho by me and one of the main characters herself, I plan to make Reimu lean towards a hybrid of zoner/rushdown whose Unique Ability involves the Hakurei Barrier (to which I still have yet to implement). With something that versatile and effective, she'll compensate by having relatively below average damage output compared to what is standard for Generation 1.
For the record, this will be exactly the last WIP in line I'll be doing for a while as I'll go on break, making periodic updates while working on my attempt in an all Nep Heart compilation with the ambition of taking them for eventual online play.

I'll be honest, this feels rushed and unfinished.
-Lacking SFX
-missing sprites, resulting in him going invisible for some hit animations
-he slides when defeated by certain attacks, such as Knuckles' Running punch
-Palettes feel unfinished, having a dark blue for the shoes still
-Taunt lacks hitboxes, making him invincible when using it
-said Taunt is impossible to use without using 1.1b's console and using changestate (insert player number here.) 196
-the 25x25 is just an awful resize of the head
-some attacks are easily spammable
-some attacks do to little damage
-his only hyper does too much damage
-a hyper that occurs even if the target wasn't hit
-it's also activated by just press z, requiring no effort at all.
-the cornerpush occurs on the hyper, so if the player is pushed back, the hyper is useless.
-the portraits look poorly done, being drowned in white pixels, and lines.
-some hitboxes are used too late into the attack, resulting in the opponent being hurt by thin air.
-some hitboxes are too big
-KFM's sounds are still being used even though they have no meaning.
-Running is impossible
-his walk speed is absurd
-trying to do the Taunt when crouching will result in a seizure when releasing from crouch until you move
-trying to run results in an invalid state trying to be used.
