I will tell you, You just need to post 10 stuff of mugen. For Example: 5 Character, 3 Stages, 1 Lifebar, 1 Screenpacks. Just post 10 stuff of mugen then you will be promoted automatically. Ultimecia earned the Contributer rank because she made probably 1/3 of the entire collection database. other 1/3's are ZombieBrock and Myself.
