Following Smogon's new policy in where Mega Evolutions are now tiered separately from their base formes, the same policy will also be adopted to UUbers. That being said, we are having a tier shift this month as a result: The following Pokemon are now Unbanned from UUbers: *Note: Primal Groudon, Mega Diancie, Mega Gengar, Mega Sableye, Mega Salamence, Mega Lucario, and Mega Kangaskhan remain banned from UUbers The following Pokemon are now Banned from UUbers: Base Kyogre is now quickbanned from UUbers While Primal Kyogre remains above the 3.41% cutoff, normal Kyogre fell below this threshold. Before ORAS was released, Kyogre was a huge threat in the XY Ubers metagame, clearly deserving of S rank due to its sheer power from Choice Specs AND Rain boosted Hydro Pumps, the latter of which carried over into its revenge killing capabilities with Choice Scarf. When ORAS was released, several new threats were added that made Kyogre fall from hero to zero in the Ubers metagame. The first and most obvious reason was Primal Groudon, which thanks to Desolate Land, completely shuts down normal Kyogre. Another reason for Kyogre's downfall was that Kyogre itself also received a Primal Reversion, so it now faces competition from itself. ORAS also reintroduced the Soul Dew item, which made Latios and Latias viable not only in the Ubers metagame in general, but also as viable checks to both of Kyogre's formes. In UUbers, each of the four aforementioned threats do not exist; Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, Latios, and Latias remain banned. Furthermore, Pokemon that could have at least sponged Kyogre's attacks, such as Ferrothorn and Chansey, are also banned from UUbers. This leaves only Zekrom and Palkia as checks to Kyogre, which do not necessarily fit on all playstyles. Due to the sheer imbalance of power Kyogre brings to the UUbers metagame, the decision was made to quickban it following this tier shift.

Its the original release of Lie which, to be brutally honest, I'm actually ashamed of making and happy that I finally updated her to her current form. Although I did talk to Traweezie and I do have plans for a replacement.

Its time for another CotM. No new rules to make note of, aside from the new CotP that we will now have every 4 months. Nominations & Voting Rules You may nominate up to 4 characters per month. You may only nominate a character that was released and/or updated during the given month. You cannot nominate characters that have previously won Gold or Silver in any previous Character of the Month. Be specific as to which character you are nominating; include both the name and the author name and, if applicable, the release thread of the character. To make things easier, we suggest that you append the number of nominations that the character has, including your own, when you make your nominations. Characters that have been nominated by at least 3 different people will become candidates for voting. Candidates for voting cannot be nominated any more (as there is no real purpose to this) Voting begins 15 days after the nomination period began, or once 20 characters have been nominated as candidates. The voting period lasts for 15 days. The winner will be announced at the end of this period. During this time, you will be permitted to vote for one character for CotM. So please choose wisely You may choose to nominate a candidacy rejection. Candidacy rejections can only be done on characters that have obtained at least 3 nominations for CotM. When nominating a candidacy rejection, you MUST list the reason(s) why you believe that the character should not be in the list of candidates. Note that if we, the staff of MFFA, feel that your reason for candidacy rejection is not adequate enough, we have the right to reject your nomination for candidacy rejection. At least three (3) valid nominations for candidacy rejection are required for a character to be removed from the list of candidates. You can only make one nomination for candidacy rejection per month, which also counts towards your 3 nomination limit. No collusion of any kind. If we find out that anyone has conspired with other users to nominate characters for the sole purpose of preventing another character from being nominated as a candidate by flooding the list of candidates until it reaches maximum capacity, those nominations will be null and void and all parties involved will be banned from participating in future CotM. Tier List update

I figured out what was causing this. It was a variable assignment that was added to the anim parameter for the statedef, but mugen for some reason or another saw it as a non-integer value for the anim. Not gamebreaking or anything, but next update will resolve this. Edit: Yuuka updated. Fixed another issue I found while addressing the aforementioned bug, as well as updated her SND file
