Behold, one of the cheapest Mugen edits ever! With a simple tinkering of the cns, I thought it would be funny to make Genbaneko's vehicles that hurt everyone that normally happen in intervals be infinite, meaning absolute hilarity and chaos in any match, most characters are helpless even if they block the bombardment of vehicles.
They automatically appear even if Genbaneko does nothing so the chaos can ensue, add more than one neko for even more carnage!
This isn't something you'd want to fight normally but is a novelty character that's a helper spammer.
First, it defeats the Gyakusatuzou Gang then I show another battle to show how truly chaotic Genbaneko Chaos can be!

Neptune breaks the fourth wall and decides to Nep things up! As my very first collaboration project roughly a year's worth of combined effort, me and Shimmering Brony presents the main protagonist of Neptunia and the overseer of Planeptune herself. We've worked harder than we usually do in our respective MUGEN trade to make Nep Nep possible and she's finally here after a long wait. We've had fun with this project and we hope you enjoy the product of our release. Enjoy!

Does anyone have Takosan (the octopus in the video) or even know who made it? Not even searching the hiragana helped.

    Gladiacloud here.

I guess you read the name of this character in the title of this topic. Well... I know very well what I wrote about it when I released Lou last year:

And believe me when I tell you I was serious. The problem was first of all the moveset: no matter how hard I tried, no move came to mind for him. So what happened in this period that made me change my mind about working on him?

    Two particular events:

    1) Gtaguy sent me via PM on Discord the old version of Unknown Soldier created by Mazemerald, but very well coded (thanks to Kenshiro99).

    2) We had gone back to work on the Beximus' full game "Capcom Universe".

The character was practically done... he just needed good sprites. So I intervened.

I'm talking about the main character of Forgotten Worlds...

    UNKNOWN SOLDIER!

Now all the MVC special partners are complete, right?

I think you noticed that I included Mazemerald among the authors of Unknown Soldier. After all, this Unknown Soldier is the 100% completion of Unknown Soldier made by Mazemerald created several years ago, so it seemed right to add him.

Now that my work on MVC special partners is officially finished, I'll work on the revamp of another old character of mine, then I'll take a little break from the MVC characters.

    Enjoy!

I've looked at Cesar's Omega and they're both completely different. Cesar's version doesn't seem to be a spriteswap, but is more basic compared to Pre-to's version (despite having a larger filesize) and seems to have "normal" super armor.

Please keep in mind. While I have no problem with you editing any of my AI patches, please at least credit me. Similarly, feel free to reupload them anywhere, as long as I have credit for the patch.

While I'm not against AI requests, don't expect me to do them right away. I may take very long because of how often I get distracted.

Hello all. I've been into MUGEN for quite a while. Starting this year, I was finally able to make my own content. For the most part, I've only done AI patches so far, though I am working on my own projects as of right now.
These AI patches are all intended for watch mode and might seem quite unfair to fight against as a human. They have also all been developed under Fast 6 and are intended for speeds around that area.
Below are summaries for the AIs that I wrote. Bare in mind that the ranking for these  is based on a little system that Guy Kazama made. Check it out here: https://guykazama.neocities.org/rating.html

    Latest release:

    Gun Hishi:
    Original creator: Valgallah
    Rank: Above Average

A speedy fighter. Hishi sports fast moves, many of them moving her around the stage aswell.
Her comboability is pretty good and she doesn't lack damage like other characters from Second Cross.
However quick they may be, however, her moves are also a bit predictable, espacilly her OTG Wave.
She may miss it in AI battles and leave herself open, simply due to how some characters recover from the ground.
Hishi also really can't fight from far away at all, as her sole projectile is a super, though her meter gain being as fast as her sort of makes up.
Hishi doesn't sport any particular archetype weaknesses, though she isn't the strongest character either. Still, could make for some enjoyable matches in the lower tiers.

    Pasta SFIV
    Original creator: Exclamation_Question
    Rank: : Jobber

Pasta is definetly the better of the two bootleg shotoclones - his projectile can be hard to jump over and he's got decently fast normals, espacilly his low medium punch.
Pasta's got some weird atributes to him that can hinder him alot, such as his Tatsu not even being a combo despite carrying him across the entire stage.
His inability to combo does not particularly help him either, though he's got good damage on all of his moves, at least.
If his opponents have any sort of counter, be it a parry or similar, they will most likely have the advantage over him. Pasta can sit comfortably around lower tiers, but there's no denying he'd never be above them. He also has the tendency to just job matches every now and then as per usual with these kinds of chars. His throw is likely his best way of dealing damage, it's very fast and consistent. He can win matches every now and then, but it's not the usual for him.

    Phoenix
    Original creator: Exclamation_Question
    Rank:  Above Average

A character quite accurate to his source game - read, the game was terrible.
On the surface, Phoenix may seem quite weak - he can only do attacks in the air when jumping forward, for example.
But a closer look show that Phoenix is quite the janky character. He can only block low, and just ignores most attempts by opponents to combo him.
In particular, launching him into the air is a bad idea, as he'll just fall back down, recover and hit back with surprisingly fast and spamable normals.
Aside from a throw, a dash attack and a projectile, that is all Phoenix has though - he's not going to pull many tricks.
Still, for lacking any combos, the speed of his attacks can more often than not make up for it.
From his weird aspects, several opponents he shouldn't even be able to beat might just fall against him. In particular, he deals well with superarmor.

    Rober
    Rank: Jobber

Rober is the worse of the two bootleg shotoclones - his projectile is faster, if more predictable, though he does have Pasta's decently fast normals.
Rober's got a way worse tatsu, as it goes back and fourth rather than aiming for the opponent and it still doesn't combo.
His inability to combo does not particularly help him either, though he's got good damage on all of his moves, at least.
His best move is likely his Shoryuken, which can be used as a crutch in the corner, dealing great damage - only held back by a very short range.
If his opponents have any sort of counter, be it a parry or similar, they will most likely have the advantage over him. Rober also has a tendency to job hard.
Just like Pasta, his throw is likely his best way of dealing damage, it's very fast and consistent.
On his own, however, Rober stands in a much worse light overall, he is not going to win as many matches.

    SCP-4666
    Original creator: Taffy, Mighty Starmie
    Rank: Above Average

A weirdly styled character. 4666's got good damage and range, but lacks in many options.
It's normals are very slow and predictable, leaving it wide open should they miss.
On the other hand, 4666's command grab comes out near instantly and interupts what opponents throw at it.
Once it does get a hit in, 4666 can rack up some nice damage.
When the opponent is knocked down, it'll use it's item throw special, tossing out a random helper.
Sort of Faust style. It's a pretty good move that can help for 4666 to cause some damage from far, better so than fighting up close.
Zoners are a big problem for 4666, as it just doesn't have the best tools to deal with them, being simply too slow.

guykazama reacted to Basara-kun in B-kun's 63 1/3 Comeback: Blue Suede Goo released, Earthworm Jim updated (update)
Hi guys!! I've been absent all the past 2018 for personal reasons, but now I'm back with these creations from ClayFighter franchise (and to honor its death and Interplay's in 2016) I've been worked all this summer (yes, here in the southern it's summer) and now they're finally ready to be launched. Let me introduce you my new stuff:

    1. Blue Suede Goo
The Elvis impersonator from the first game is back to MUGEN with this new version, which is faithful to the first ClayFighter and CF: Tournament Edition from SNES (since basic to special moves are accurate to the source) but made under the 63 1/3 engine made for Earthworm Jim, as well added various of the features from this game (since sounds and sparks to moves like Overhead Attack, Launcher, Claytalities and the complete combo system, Insane Combos included). I like the result of this character and I hope you enjoy him as I did creating him... OH MOMMA!!

    2. Earthworm Jim
The favourite videogames worm is back with a vengeance!! I finally can add all the sprites I needed to get a more complete version of him (adapted and modified from the spritesheet by Random Talking Bush). These are some of the major changes from this update:
Various anims (since basics to specials/supers) now have more sprites, so now Jim is more fluid than before He had just one before, now Jim has all the 6 Insane Combos (Ultras) from the game!! Finally made the intro (supersuit falling from sky) and winpose (Jim shooting to himself) from 63 1/3 Added his 2 throws from the game Added 2 new Claytalities from the game: Launch from MUGEN and Squish Claytality, completing 3 in total!! (only 2 more should be made to get him all of them) More voice samples added, included the hitsounds Compatible with these custom states: squished/splatted, burnt, stuck in the ground (DrKelexo's Deathmask) and cheap KO Compatibility with MUGEN1.0+ (data, winquotes, etc), just choose "ewj-m1.def" and that's all (Blue Suede Goo also has this BTW)
So here they are, I hope you enjoy them... and I hope to make more characters from ClayFighter 63 1/3 (Bad Mr. Frosty and Boogerman are in my chars-to-do list), as well adapting from the first 2 games as I did wth BSG (if you like the result of BSG, I'm interested to revive Tiny in a future). So, download them now!!

    HEY WATCH THE HAIR MAN!!
    Chars -> Adaptations

Not sure why these are in my bookmarks, but presumably they contain links to MUGEN sites I haven't exhaustively gone through yet.

This is not geocities.jp, and in fact, I'm not sure what this is:

Finally, just note that a lot of these contain links to other MUGEN sites that I haven't exhaustively gone through.

guykazama got a reaction from CoolAnimeHustler in guykazama's AI patches
I normally announce these on Twitter under the #mugen更新情報 hashtag, but I figured I might as well post them here as well since I can't update my site (Neocities seems to be having issues right now, at least on my end). Shouldn't be too much of an issue, seeing how I link the author's pages/threads/ddl links in the enclosed readme.

The following have received patches: Armadon by Dragonrod, Damian Shade by Hanyu-maru, Dinosaur by Exclamation_Question, Ebisumaru by Redwave.s.t, Kodama by Deathlazer, Yukkuri Hibiki by wakuwaku, Gekkou by seki-rou, and Michael Sobut by envymask666 (this one is updated with a vast improvement in both performance and overall quality).

NOTE: 1.0+ ONLY, WILL NOT WORK IN WINMUGEN
These are AI patches for the following characters: Cecil Harvey by AnkokuNaitou, DQ2 by sylphyne, Ickybod Clay by LordShade67, joker_SF by NGI, Keiji Thomas by Basara-kun, Michael Sobut by envymask666, Mister X by Basara-kun, Mr Bater by Nyan Kiryu, Ryumaou by Hanyu-maru, and Sniper Joe by Basara-kun.

I still have some more AI patches, which I'll publicly release when I get around to it. Some of them need a little more fine-tuning.

guykazama reacted to Melly in Koto (Yu Yu Hakusho) (updated 7/2)
so first thing i finished since 2 years ago that's more than a silly minimalist thing, it's the referee lady who was actually playable in a mini-game mode in a gameboy yu yu hakusho fighting game. granted she is very far removed from how she played in that mode, and is now a 3-button character with 4 specials and 4 supers, with voices taken from the show (and also the arcade fighting game where she's playable...only in the arcade version)

shout-outs to drkelexo who made so many things in this character (coded the taunt, made custom sprites for a lot of the moves, lots and lots of coding assistance, more things than i can count really)
