For KFX? When I went to Options, the only option I had was Frame Rate.

That Mega Man edit was pretty cool, the env. shake was a bit too much, though. Hopefully, Wario's is toned down from his. Also, what style of SvK?

You'll need to give a Mugen snapshot of your character. To upload one, you can press F12 in Mugen, which will take a pic of the current scene. Then, yo have go to a photo uploading site, like Photobucket or TinyPic to upload the picture, and then copy the image. Also, since you made this, you should put this thread in Releases. Anyway, I like original characters. Did he use a template?
