Test him out and honest to say this, it's bad, very bad.
It also crash your mugen while you play as him, not worth it.

4 power bars and "Fatal Counter" is required in order to use it.
"Fatal Counter" value is set to 6+B, 3+B, 6+C, 3+C, and more.
 
I also want to add the English patch, but please wait for the release of all characters until the end.

The commands, from what I can see (I'm no coder), but its basically the same thing. SpartanJuan117 did not have the decency of crediting the original author.

Its a small edit from Derentun's Miku.
The gameplay is the same, this guy is taking all the credit & didnt mention the original creator of the char
I can backup this statement by showing the similar file naming n only slight difference in CNS n SFF sizes

Trust me, I've seen that Miku before. It's definitely deretun's.

Vega is the brightest star in the constellation Lyra. Vega (the dictator) is called like this, in reference to the star.

Balrog means "Cruel Demon" in Gnomish, so it's actually quite frightening :P

From playin him, he doesnt play like Asura, sprite wise its just a palette edit, and he has moves that are not related to Asura at all like full screen hypers.Seems to me like this poor attempt of an edit was meant to be an Orochi clone lol
