Just based on what you said, you don't really have any idea what net neutrality actually is, otherwise you would know that it has nothing to do with copyright takedown and a lot more to do with bandwidth, data transfer, and ISPs blocking or restricting access to websites and content owned and operated by their business competitors (ie: Comcast blocking access to Youtube in order to promote Xfinity).

ok so for those unaware for some reason Len is a hugely popular character for people to edit into other chars and unique things this thread is going to ATTEMPT to post every single one i can get my hands on as well as a mini review of them each so you can know if you should bother with them or not. keep in mind this is my opinion and not absolute fact but the reviews can help you weed out the bad ones imo. You want to encourage people? How about encouraging people that are actually worth encouraging? Ax just said that he's content being the lowest common denominator. People like him that put zero effort and are content with whatever result they get have absolutely no potential to succeed. You can encourage a person like that all you want and they will get nowhere until they start getting a better mentality and begin doing actual effort. Well, I have plenty to say to you, because it's obvious to me that you didn't understand such a simple concept.
If your mentality is that trying is enough to get by in life, you're going to find yourself living under a bridge and begging people for money just to survive.

You can try all you want, as much as you want, but if you do a shitty job then you will never be successful. just trying will get you nowhere. 
 

You see, this kind of mentality is cancerous to the community and cancerous to life period. By saying this, you're basically saying that you accept rush jobs, low quality work and lacking any amount of actual effort just because the creator at least tried. If more people had this mentality, I can assure you that Mugen would devolve into a mess of absolute crap creations with little work done simply because people wouldn't give a damn about actual good stuff made for it. This is why we make fun of places like you know where that NICE CHAR +1 everything that comes to their attention.

I've already said what kind of person Ax is and I am not willing to repeat myself. You're wasting your time on him and I would GREATLY appreciate it, if you would be so kind as to stop encouraging his kind of behavior. It does not work in Mugen content creating. It does not work in life period.

Azumarill, Clefable, Ferrothorn, Heatran, Mega Heracross, Mega Venusaur, Bisharp, Gliscor, Rotom-Wash, Mega Scizor, Slowbro, Amoongus, Breloom, Diggersby, Hippowdon, and Kyurem-Black... That's only just Pokemon from the S, A+, A, and A- ranks in the OU Metagame, and out of those 16 mentioned, only 3 actually belong to a tier lower than OU.

After seeing XCB's feedback, I'm convinced now that guild has gotten a case of NICE CHAR +1s noobs coming in.
 
 

That's because the mods have started to threaten to ban and people generally stopped caring for Chuchonryu.

The only potential Chucho has is on sprites, not on coding. And I would rather have someone other than Werewood code her.

Edit: Guild did blow up on Chucho again. Just that the mods quickly moved all those posts into the shit thread.
