There was already a red link for Adriano GT's stages, you just needed to replace it, you didn't need to create a new space in the stages section.

Then you should also remove Hulk Hogan.

Since that's more a gameplay edit than a normal edit, then it should be in the normal Melty Blood collection (when that gets remade)
