  1. An edit of Meta Gouki's Inuyasha, by me, Sumireko Usami. I didn't aim for any drastic changes, I just wanted to add a few new things, as well as giving more comboability. However I seemed to have stray away from my goal in some ways. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -Inuyasha can now combo between all of his Standing, Crouching, and Air Attacks. -New hit animations implemented, this is for more compatibility for 1.0/1.1 era characters, as some force older chars to use the new hit anims, which they don't have, thus making them invisible. -Midnight Bliss Compatability, using Midnight Bliss on Inuyasha, deforms him to Pure Human, thus rendering him powerless. -Special Kagome Intro, following the Anime, and Manga, Inuyasha promises to protect Kagome at all costs, If you try to have him fight Kagome, he will K.O. himself instead at Round Start. -Helper Debug Fix, the Super/Hyper Anim Helper was missing an anim, this has been fixed. -New Air Attack, Inuyasha will swipe his sword upward in the air, if hit, the opponent will fall to the ground. -Sound Swaps and Addons, Some attacks didn't sound very powerful at all, so their sounds were swapped out. -New Palettes and Icon, the Icon is an edited 25x25 Crop of Inuyasha's Team Select Sprite from the PS1 Source Game - Inuyasha: A Feudal Fairy Tale - in Group 8999, you'll find Older Icons, as well as the one originally used on top of that, he has several new color sets, as well as the default now being more saturated, to be more like the Anime. (original is still present, being named InuyashaPS1.act) -Added Compatability for a few lifebars, such as Melty Blood, Alpha Storm, Miku, Vortex, Touhou 7.5, Touhou 10.5, Touhou 12.3 -the Stats for Life were changed to 1150 -and Stats for Defence were changed to 110 -Almost all Animations now labeled. -Some Hitbox tweaking, some seemed a bit too close. -Grab now uses an Explod to make a Hitspark when Inuyasha punches his target -All Self-KO coding as been moved to statedef-2.cns, as it is a much better method. -When using Palette 12, Inuyasha has a Life, and Power Boost, he's still beatable, but it will take a lot of time up -Disabled HIT_BOUNCE, and HIT_LIEDOWN's PlaySnd, and MakeGameAnim States, this is done to avoid clashing with Inuyasha's custom HIT_BOUNCE/HIT_LIEDOWN's States -Labled all of the Palettes, this is done due to several new palettes being made by me, so I didn't want it to just be inuyashax.act - x being the number -Cleaned up a few sprites -A new Air Light Punch Attack, now giving Inuyasha the ability to combo through 4 Air Attacks, but on a very short time frame. -Added Failsafe Animations for Electricution, Burnt, and Frozen - This is for Characters that might force him into Animations that wouldn't exist, thus turning him invisible. -Recreated Inuyasha's Alt Palette from the PS1 Source Game, it is named InuyashaPS1Alt.act -Inuyasha's Tessaiga Transformation Animations have been added, with the first one being an Explod over the Tessaiga -Added SIT Animations -Added a few Midnight Bliss Sprites -Added tons of Winquotes for 1.0/1.1b - he still works with WinMUGEN -Animation Hitboxes all tweaked to be the same style -Cleaned up the Portrait a bit -Projectile Guard Sparks repositioned forward as they were too far back -New Hyper ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hijin Ketsou Triple - 12,8,2021 - I wanted to wait till' Character of the Month was over ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -Lengethed the Second State for Sankon Tetsou Hyper (meaning he can't do a 2 hit combo right after to deal 330 Damage) -Added in missing frame for Air Jump Anims -Refined a few hitboxes for general anims -Cleaned up a few sprites -Hijin Ketsou Triple now has raised hit time, and now takes more time to exit -Fixed an issue where certain Hypers would give Inuyasha power -A cling now plays out when Wind Scar is used -Wind Scar Projectile is now activated at AnimElem 10, instead of 9, meaning it's activated when Tessaiga hits the ground now -Wind Scar Anims are a tad bit faster to compensate for this change ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Update -   5. Hey guys! This is an Ikemen I created called Dragon Ball Mini Heroes! It's based off of mechanics from Dragon Ball FighterZ and has a very simple playstyle that's easy to get used to, but not so easy to master. I wanted to merge both technicality and high damaging combos with user friendly and fast combat. The game is made with the ULSW sprite style to make the "Mini" in Dragon Ball Mini Heroes stay faithful. I've just wanted more people to know about the game and test it.   9. Yo so I took Everything Vs Everything and I'm trying to create the ultimate Mugen character selection, using the everything vs everything as a base and vselect to upload new chars. There's plenty of stages too but I haven't got a fast way to add them yet so only ~20-30. I don't take credit for any of this, it's a mash up of many other people's work. I may manage a few collections and have made a few stages, but wanted to work on making characters for a long time (which is when I started a pretty crappy build of Garfield), so this area is built around me attempting to make some characters, and possibly edit some, too. From Aquapazza, Tamaki Kousaka joins MUGEN with 720p sprites and all her grappling tricks, with more things thanks to the AzuFight style that I always use! It's also a prototype to see if people show interest in my gameplay system, which I intend to make a full game out of. After what seems an eternity without trying anything slightly humorous or just anything MUGEN at all, I am back to deliver a new character for you people: MI OH A strange edit of Mio Akiyama for MUGEN 1.0+ After a long slump of inactivity, seeking to polish my game system further up, I decided to see if I could give this character my own spin, my take differs on the properties of the moves, how they behave in hit/block, and trying to see if I can get something funny out of the character just like the old days, if you liked previous chars of mine like Clone Koa, Patoelietoe or Hong Miling, this might be for you.   21. M4A1 from Girls Frontline joins the battle! Based on one of the US army's iconic assault rifle, M4A1 is one of the main characters in the Girls Frontline game. As a fighter, she is a Shoto/Rushdown character who loves to stun opponents with her Rifle and rack up combos. In the main storyline, M4A1 had to endure the harshest of turmoils to become who she is now which is represented by the Trauma System. The trauma system regulates Trauma within M4A1. Essentially, the more damage she takes, the more trauma she accumulates and the more combos she land, the less trauma she has to sustain. = Notes about M4A1 = + Good aerial attacks that are unaffected by the trauma system. + Fair anti-air options with her Bicycle Kick having decent reach. + Unlike IDW, she generates Fairy Points naturally. + The more trauma she has, the stronger her attacks. + The less trauma she has, the faster her attacks. + Dashes and Hops instead of running. Impervious to projectiles while dashing. + Can also air dash + Can fire High Velocity (HV) rounds which provide meter or Hollow Point (HP) rounds which stuns her opponent for longer combos. + HV rounds can be fired continuously (not in the air though). + Can transform into an even more powerful form.   22. Spas-12 from Girls Frontline wrings into the fray! A 4-Star Shotgun T-Doll of Griffin based on one of the most popular shotguns in pop culture and games such as the Half-Life series. In battle, she is a grappler/bruiser type fighter who trades speed and agility for power and survivability. Approaching her straight on is just asking for punishment as her shotgun deals a lot of damage if it hits. Plus, her grabs do just as much or even more. When fighting her, it's best to keep a safe distance from her and zone her out. When she runs out of ammo, that is your opportunity to attack. If you do get in a situation where you have to get close to her, be sure to finish you combos at a safe distance or grab her before she does. = Notes about Spas-12 = + Has (almost) everything a grappler is good at. + Her shotgun hits like a speeding truck.   23. To commemorate the Girls Frontline anime airing next year, HK416 and the 404 Squad are here to bring down their foes! Based on the Heckler & Koch assault rifle of the same name, this 5-star T-Doll and the 404 squad are a mysterious yet powerful group that work independently from Griffin and play a significant role in the Girls Frontline main storyline and events. HK416 is a charge character who relies on her teammates to excel. Overall, she is a difficult character to master but proves to be a strong adversary in the right hands. = Notes about HK416 = + Her teammates can cover each part of the battlefield: UMP9 covers close-quarter attacks, UMP45 covers the mid ground, and G11 supports the rear at the edge of the screen. + Her charge moves are her strongest kit especially her grenade launcher. + You can hold a direction for a charge move even while performing other attacks. + Guard at the right moment to perform a Just Guard that enables charge moves without needing to hold a direction. + Compared to M4A1, HK416's rifle can only fire in bursts but is significantly stronger than hers. + Cheap hyper attacks; an assist hyper attack only costs 1000 meter to use while Hk416's own hyper attack costs 3000 meter. + Everyone's one and only waifu. - No Fairies. - Her limited moveset is her biggest flaw with only 3 buttons.   25. I have now released a Linux (woman) edit named Freax. I edited some files so that it's very cheap, with no collision boxes whatsoever and ludicrously high life, power, attack, and defense statistics, and I also edited some of the velocity and movement stats so that it's more faster and has more jumps. It uses the unused "3.110.act" and "3.111.act" palettes.
