It was also Heihachi who was thrown into a volcano (by Kazuya).

No, in Tekken 1, Kazuya threw Heihachi at the same cliff he got thrown, in Tekken 2 Heihachi threw Kazuya to a Volcano, In Tekken 5 Heihachi got blown up by a cunch of Gun Jacks and survived.
