MOAR GOOD Mario enemies(The Goomba I have is a spriteswap of Baraka Mortal Kombat Project, and I have a VERY RARE Dry Bones based off of the Game Boy Advance Mario Games which can only make obnoxious noises).

GOOD versions of 3D Scorpion and Sub-Zero(I made a topic about the ones by bumble_vin which are the WORST MK characters EVER converted to MUGEN, and put in a link of those abominations).

Close second, source accurate Killer Instinct 1 characters.  Any of them would be nice, but particularly Fulgor, Orchid and Sabrewulf. 
If there was a full source accurate KI1 roster, say the way OMEGAPSYCHO did Mortal Kombat 1 and 2, pretty much all of my mugen dreams will have come true.

I'm a huge fan of tokusatsu, and we only have Kamen Riders, Ultras, Kaijus and a few other characters, we need more variety. If I had to choose, it would be:

1. Kaiketsu Zubat

2. The three Uchuu Keiji, Gavan (a decente one), Sharivan and Shaider

3. Garo and Zero

4. Kikaider (a decente one) and Hakaider

5. Cybercops (the whole team)

More Breath of Fire characters.  UN's Fou-Lu is awesome, but he's also the only one.  (Well, there's apparently an unfinished Rei from BoF3 out there somewhere, but he vanished from the Internet and nobody has him last time I asked.  And that's still only two out of nearly three dozen playable characters, and that doesn't even count villains or other NPCs)

There's loads of others (mostly early-1990s characters from various genres), but Breath of Fire is definitely at the top of my Most Wanted list.

Pretty much a bunch of MvC style characters from various classic animes like Kinnikuman, Hokuto no Ken, Lupin III, Cutey Honey, Gundam, City Hunter, Space Adventure Cobra, etc. Heck I'd like to see someone make a Mugen character of Moguro Fukuzou from Warau Salesman (my avatar in fact), ESPECIALLY The_None although he probably knows next to nothing about the series to bother.
