It's only one sprite that's stored in the .sff. It's never used, ever.

No actual character for the list, but may I suggest giving Omanyte (the one by DJHANNIBALROYCE) a seizure warning? Attacks that come to mind would be its Ghastly attack and Battery Jesus Zapdos super.

Spotted an error. You added the seizure warning icon to DJHANNIBALROYCE's Ditto, not his Omanyte. Not sure if Ditto has flashing lights aswell though, i haven't had that character in my roster for a while.

I think it does contain seizure warning, because of the MissingNo. hyper? Not sure.

Speaking of MissingNo., The_None's version is a good example to add a seizure warning, because of it's movesets and victory animation.

Whoops. I was tired, saw DJ's name and immediately thought Ditto, but the warning applies anyway because the screen flashes a lot during certain attacks.

Just a recolour of cesar's Vulpix to the point where the it still uses fire attacks. Nothing special. Could not exist and won't make a difference. Only good thing is the (stolen) portrait art. Oh and the fact that it downloads in like a second.
