Only did about 5 minutes of testing, so this probably isn't a conclusive list, but here's some of the more glaring problems I was able to find;
 

• Might wanna remove the backup files, all it does is inflate the size of the zip file
• Constant debug flood about having no partner
• Hurtboxes during forward jump's falling animation disappear every frame
• Speaking of forward jump, the falling animation's sprites jitter during the animation as if they weren't aligned properly
• There doesnt seem to be any kind of damage scaling to prevent combos, or even his supers, from doing insane amounts of damage. For instance, QCF+PP alone does close to 350 damage.
• Standing heavy, when timed properly, is a walking corner infinite
• In a similar fashion, QCF+a is also a corner infinite
• QCB+a whiffs at point blank range
• Damage for Fox Fire seems on the low side, considering how long its startup time is.

The order presented there isnt the order presented in-game, its only there to show the progression routes. The final two of the original chapters will be unlocked last for story purposes.

I'm toying with the idea of, rather than having the 8 chapters as originally planned, that the chapters branch out. This way, the entire roster pretty much gets their own chapter in Story Mode:

Although youkai are born from humanity's fears every second, most immediately die due to being unable to attain physical form. It is in Gensokyo that youkai are able to attain physical form and, thus, existence. More recently, however, the urban legend incident, which has persisted even long after the events of Urban Legend in Limbo, has shown urban legends of the outside world taking form in Gensokyo through a similar process. There is one urban legend, however, that was quite popular prior to the turn of the century in the outside world. Although this urban legend was ultimately dismissed as a hoax and forgotten, there was a time when this urban legend gripped the entire outside world in fear. That same fear birthed a youkai unlike any that Gensokyo has seen before: a youkai that nearly conquered the entire outside world in a little less than a year, yet does not need physical form to exist..."
