[Screenshot] [Download] https://the-phoney-express.neocities.org/ [Comment] An edit of .GIF/Mr. T's Mr. Game & Watch that mostly changes him to be in a psuedo-MvC style, balances him out, and adds a couple of new moves. See changelog below for complete details. 06/22/2018 UPDATE: - Removed Judge, as admittedly, I found it useless. If you're worried about the 9, don't worry! It still exists in the moveset, as part of the Down for the Count Hyper. - Added new Hyper, "Octopus". - Made some moves less/more safe. - Added more combo ability. - Lowered air juggle points. - Removed hitbox from FIRE. - Removed old damage dampener and replaced it with RicePigeon's version. - Multiple Chef changes: - Added more cooldown. - Light version now sends out only 2 pieces. - The food now travel in more of an arc. - Buffed damage to Chef and Headbutt. - Added superjump opponent locator that was previously unused. - Tweaked the A.I. a bit. - Changed some hitflags. - Increased damage of Oil Panic. - Down for the Count is now unguardable. - Made it so the crowd doesn't gasp as often if Mr. Game & Watch recovers. - Made it so that the guard sound actually plays on some moves if guarded. - Added sound for when he's dizzied. - Changed in-game name. :P - Some other changes I can't remember... 06/22/2018 UPDATE 2: - Fixed a few bugs in Octopus that I oversighted. - The HitBy should now work properly. - Mr. Game & Watch now doesn't go below the ground when transforming back from a jump. - Ambience has been made a 6-second sound that plays once instead of a 1-second looping sound (the old way of playing it had a problem where it would play weirdly upon landing from a jump.) - Added the "powerful projectiles fill the bucket up more easily" mechanic to Oil Panic. - Fixed the bug where you would get stuck in mid-air if you happened to be hit during FIRE. Feedback: * I haven't even opened the character in Fighter Factory yet and I see unused files, such as "1.pcx" and "2.pcx". * What does this look li- Oh. * To start things off, very ugly color pallete. * Some sprites move around all over the place. Plus, there's only about 30 total sprites if you don't count all the reused ones. * Bad CLSNs all over the place that don't even cover the whole body. * The sounds are basically nonsense spoken with a text-to-speech voice. I won't even continue here. You'll have to spend time on these kinds of things before releasing them.

Feedback for Rocko: -Baseball throw's startup time is too slow. -Drill sound goes on for a bit too long. -You might want to change the P2 throw animation; it may work correctly on characters like him, but on others like Kung Fu Man, it looks kind of awkward. -Crouching hard and medium kicks are infinites. -Shotgun specials miss at point blank. -Standing hard punch misses at point blank as well. -There are some rather hard to do commands that I've never seen before, like for example, the Brain Pop. Maybe change them. -Why is there no medium version of the Down Back special? -The clock in the finisher stays on screen for too long. -The sparks in one of his winposes are misaligned and are not in front of him. -Hyper portrait does not fit the screen on 640x480 resolution.   10. ...huh? Well, nevermind, onto the feedback: - 1105, Blood and Golden palletes. These are pretty overdone. Also, "black" is just plain black and pretty much just says "lazy". - He disappears in one of his intros. - Missing required sprites. - Why can you do a MvC style superjump even though there's no launcher, or combo ability at all? - Sometimes you can summon helpers, sometimes you can't because of this: "trigger2 = random > 989" - His pants are a different color in some sprites. - While in other palettes, he changes back to the default palette if doing anything else but standing. - Misaligned spark on EX Brick Shoot. - Some of your hyper backgrounds stay on for a bit too long. - If the hammer contacts, for some reason, he'll do a little punch while the same smashing sound plays. - Fix the dodge by putting collisions on it and using HitBys and NotHitBys. - Hyper portrait looks bad. - Why does Super Shot put the opponent near you if it hits? - You have to be in the opposite direction to use the Guest helper. Otherwise, it just plays the whistle sound. - Guest helper's projectile is misaligned and also has a misaligned hitbox. Also, who is "Fred Jones"? - Misaligned super sparks on every super. - Misaligned projectiles on "Brick Shooting" hyper. Also, this is minor, but there's no hyper background. - Your sparks and sounds are all clashing with each other. CVS sparks + SF3 sparks and sounds + MvC hyper background and hyper port = Not very good. - "Blissed" is the name of animation 7780, which should be "Sangue=Passare". Also, it looks like it's not even properly aligned. Yeah, you have a lot to work on for this character.

  12. Feedback: - You can barely combo due to the velocities. - Why do you still have KOF sparks? - Please work on that hyper portrait. It doesn't look very good. - You should also probably crop out 9000, 0 and 9000, 1. - There's also a clash between MVC1 sounds and MVC2 sparks. - The run does not work like that in MVC games. You should not be able to run forever. - Maybe swap out that EoH background? It honestly fooled me into thinking this used the EoH template. - Grenade specials whiff at point blank. - There's some missing CLSNs on the DP specials.
  13. Hoo boy. 1. Lack of sprites in a character. If your total amount of sprites is under 50 and it's not meant to be a boss character, off you go. 1.5. Repetitive sprites in a character. Dip n' flip, put Xs on eyes...(I'm looking at you, Emily Elizabeth) 2. Kung Fu Man death cry. This REALLY feels out of place on characters that aren't some variant of KFM. 3. Misaligned sprites. These really tick me off. 4. Clashing sparks. For example, Infantry00's DoodleBob has KOF superpauses, a MVC2 super jump spark, and a MVC2 Hyper Combo Finish background. 5. Big portraits that aren't 120x140 AAAAAAAAAAAA 6. EOH template. Enough said.
