The Mugen Archive nowadays is like the Mugen site equivalent to Donald Trump, they have good points, but they've got many problems that still make them a bad decision. And I quote: "Unregistered users may not download files larger than 4 MB" That's a borderline ridiculous and very strict law for all the Mugenites wanting to get a link.

Those sprites are solid, gonna be nice to have a version of his most recent look in Mugen, for hypers, use the Thing Stickers. Water Gun, Bowling Ball, Goat, this Paper Mario could have a variety of unique hypers.

One of the only Toads that can actually fight, he could've saved the Mushroom Kingdom himself if Mario weren't there. You should definitely refer to his battle for a moveset: :
