HOLY FUCKING SHIT. I have never before in my time in this community seen anyone be more of a scumbag shithead than Ax. And I've seen people be elitist douchebags, people with heads up their ass, and people that bitched and whined for just editting their character even if said edit drastically improved the character. And somehow against all odds, you manage to surpass the scummyness of all these people I've witnessed. Never would I have thought I would feel so much anger and hate for the actions of someone.

So let me get this straight, you make these shitpiles in the hopes that someone is able to use them for their work. Well congrafuckinglations, for some reason Idaho was willing to do something with your Link. He works hard on his Link and all he requests from you is a few additional sprites. You then proceed to tell him to go fuck himself and to make the sprites himself. Uh, are you fucking stupid? If he was capable of spriting don't you think he would have done so? You've "made" the Link sprites already, the LEAST you could have done was make a few more while he continues coding.

Oh ho ho, it gets better. You have the BALLS to call his character bad because ONE move is not to your liking. YOU FUCKING UNGRATEFUL PRICK, Idaho worked his ass to make an actual GOOD character and you proceed to shit on him? He should have been more creative with the leaf? You know....the thing that was never used as an attack and strictly for getting from point A to point B? You know what, given the source material Idaho was right to make it an intro and not an actual attack. Speaking of source material, want to know what wis the best choice to make as a super move? His smash bros. Final Smash. You know that auto combo move you hate? He shouldn't have added it because it's not creative enough? It's the worst choice for a hyper move? That's a load of BULLSHIT. Auto combo supers are still being used and why? BECAUSE THEY MAKE SENSE AND ARE EFFECTIVE AS SUPER MOVES.

OH BUT IT GETS FUCKING BETTER. You're still not satisfied and want to shit on Idaho even more by telling him that not only his Link is a bad character(This, coming from Ax of all people? HA!), but that it will be easily replaced by another? My god, can you possibly be even more of a shithead? APPARENTLY YOU CAN, because now you claim that all those things you said were your feedback to "improve" the character. Besides the fact that your feedback is UTTER SHIT, you can't go accusing people of not taking feedback well when YOU YOURSELF DON'T EVEN ACCEPT FEEDBACK TO BEGIN WITH. Wow, hypocrite much?

Okay, now you're just proving my point of how you're an ungrateful asshole. The only other Links available on the download market are ranging between crap and meh. I worked my butt off to make the best possible Link available using your sprites, and gaining a few edits from aperson98, and you have the nerve to say that it's a terrible character because of ONE move? PoshPsylocke didn't mind if I used his versions of the cast of Sailor Moon, and he never complained if I changed something to work better than what he did.
 
I gave you a freaking chance when I wanted to pick up Link, but you didn't want to provide ANYTHING I was requesting when I needed sprites or animations. You sprited him, you could have done a few expansions based on an author's request, and you basically told me to either do it myself or fuck off. I now have a guy redoing your sprites to make your original versions look more accurate to his usual design and have a better appearance overall, and it's because of an aesthetic complaint. You seem to be the only one complaining about his gameplay.
 
You know what? Fuck it. If this is what I'm to expect from spriters that create shit releases, I'm not even going to bother with making any more characters. I may not be the best coder, but at least people bothered to try my stuff and actually enjoy it. Delete the best possible version of Link available if you want, but you're doing yourself a disservice by thinking the next one to come around will be better.

Still, I do find it a lot more fun to play a character I made that I'm actually proud of and has balance and polish to it than a character I made that I put less effort into.

Except, you never DID provide feedback. Almost NONE of you provided feedback except RicePigeon. And second, don't give me that "how can I not like it if I don't try it" shit ,c'mon Darkflare you posted in Ax's LAST thread and all you did is get a warning from ZombieBrock and told Ax he was living in a fantasy world. You have no right to even use that card when you're familiar with his work. Never, have I once witnessed you actually saying what was wrong with a character. At least, from my experience because i don't go actively seeking you out on a daily basis, nor do I intend to. It's called "Boycott" dude. I never said his work wasn't a piece of shit, but honestly since I'm not a Mugen Creator, I honestly couldn't really tell you much of what's wrong with it, since one, I didn't download it, and two I don't have any idea how much work goes into it. Obviously, you seem to have a grasp on what's wrong with Ax's work, so have you ever actually told him what's wrong with anything he's ever done, instead of going with everyone else and mindlessly bashing the character? when I know a good percentage of the people who post here haven't created anything once. I said a good percentage, some of you have. That's the point here Darkflare.
 
Let's be honest here, your argument of "warning people" is shit. Because who are you honestly kidding? everyone knows AxSeeker, his work was shunned by MFG in the same manner as here, except more actual MUGEN creators post there, and some, by some miracle actually DO post feedback. If we know his work has been bad in a pattern, constantly, I don't think he's going to change any time soon, and I think you'd agree with me. Except here we are Darkflare, here we are, once again telling Ax his work is shit, going on 4 page arguments, it is fucking RIDICULOUS how you people act. 
 
 
You guys need a damn wake up call, and I'll give it. Here's the short version. Everyone, who has downloaded AxSeeker's work and actually has some idea of what's wrong with it, just stop downloading, stop commenting, stop even being NEAR any conversation about his stuff. And I agree 100% with what Darkflare said, no more of this whole "NICE CHARACTER, WOW YOUR WORK IS AMAZING" shit. It doesn't matter if it's work by any "legendary" MUGEN creator, every character has at least some flaw or bug, and it needs to be pointed out, no more dick sucking, I'm looking at you guys who don't have any involvement in the MUGEN character creation process, coding, etc. You guys who bandwagon to make yourselves look good, you are NOT COOL. So stop doing it, because no one will ever give you a thought or take you seriously, just face it and be real. I am guilty of this, so I will try and better myself to stop myself from doing this. And, to prove my point here, you'll never see me post on an AxSeeker thread again. And those of you, who have the sense to not have your head up your own ass, and get what I'm putting down, please do the same. Boycotting works just fine. Worked with ME3's ending, well kinda, the Xbox One, etc. If a creator is truly bad, he will either be shunned and eventually leave the community forever, which has happened to bad creators and shitty people before, or he will wake up, and smell the damn coffee and improve himself. If enough people stop caring enough to even say anything, it will leave an effect. And, THAT was definitely not the short version. But I think I've made my point. You won't see me on an Ax thread again. Nothing would change anyway, because I've barely ever commented on any of his work to begin with. Don't bother replying because I won't give a response. Just suck up your damn foolish pride people, and accept what I've said.

I really need to buy King of Fighters XIII someday. ...But in the meantime, I should try this out.

i wanted to stay out of this, but that last line was bullshit. the rule? we can't help it if we dont have alot of people that know how to give feedback. we have maybe 3 regular people that know how. me, erroratu and arkady. and arkady dont do it due to he's too busy sprite editing or coding, making smart pals or whatever else. so that leaves 2 people really.
 
and me, i'm no expert, but i try...if its something that interests me. not to mention, i've been doing alot of my own sprite editing lately, so that counts out more time for DLing, playing, figuring out feedback (i should be credited for a few releases later this yr) erroratu's the same way. he'll give feedback if its a char he has interest in. you (or anyone else) is welcome to come to MMV to try and teach some folks how to give feedback.
 
my point is, try not to make a community wide insult just because we are lacking in people with that kind of know how. its definitely not purposeful, and absolutely not a rule like you are trying to make it out to be.
 
and btw, i've given feedback many times to ax. i dont know the track record for implementing, but i know he says thank you. pretty sure some of whatever went into the last hulk update at the minimum. forgive me for not remembering more as its not exactly something i keep track of (people giving attention to my feedback), nor will i ever keep track of it or give a shit if they do or not, much less rant about it.
 
btw 2.0, was there any positive (since you brought it up) feedback in any of these anti-Ax (thats the impression i've gotten from them all) threads?

For the record, I don't think he's stupid since he's a good creator (or author  if you really want to make that difference). I enjoy his characters very much. All I meant to say with that statement is that while I don't think finishing somebody's work is forbidden by any stretch of the imagination (providing the the unfinished work is good at least), it's not a good MO which is looked upon highly to make something unfinished with the clear intention of not finishing it yourself and instead recommending others to finish it if they want to.
 
Look Ax, let me get one thing and one thing alone straight with you : I don't hate you nor do I dislike you. I'm merely suggesting you listen to at least some of the things people have to say about your work because you've got potential.
 
Don't want to completely finish your characters ? I'm personally fine with that since it's not such big of a deal.
 
You suck at coding? I'm personally fine with that too since you admitted that and admitting your weaknesses is generally speaking the first step to improvement.
 
You want to do things your way? Fine, your the creator after all.
 
You create a character by spriteswapping one of your own characters? That's definitely questionable but provided the spriteswap is not too obvious and good looking, you can get away with that in my book.
 
You don't care about your reputation nor what others have to say about your work? That's worrying but fine none the less imo. In the end you and you alone decide what you put effort into and listen to.
 
But the very least you could do is finish your sprites and make them look good and accurate to the character you want to represent them with if you really want to encourage other's to use them as a base. Now I don't know if you've seen my feedback regarding DK's sprites, nor if you even did something with that or care about it, but even DJ HANNIBALROYCE has admitted that fixing your DK is too much work for him for what it's worth since those sprites need way to much fixing in their current state. I'm not asking you to fix the coding nor am I asking you to revamp the gameplay or the moveset of Fox or DK but shortly put, I'm asking you if you want to take any responsibility for your work at all, take it and use it to make sure your sprites are a good base for others.

So it's better to justify being an asshole than it is to tone yourself down?

Wow, one of the more unique GF characters is now on mugen. I was waiting ages for him to be converted, but people never liked playing as him, but as for I who love those aerial assault kind of characters for one love him. Also, he have a kind'a cool story that I belive should be developed further, but since GF never had a sequel, it's just sad. For anyone interested, spoiler, he haven't lost his memory or got lost, he decided to hide because he is a god just like Felden and don't want to get into godly matters.

Um no offense but fox looks awful and Mario looks like a shorter red Luigi. I would suggest practicing with there sprites more, Fox's body looks like it was pasta on ther from giganX3 fox. And maybe make another character besides Mario hes been made so much.
