Alright, I've been hyped for this for a while. Here's a screenshot up top, and here's the download link. http://network.mugenguild.com/kamekaze/

Oh no you didn't just diss my most competent main. Well, I'm talking about blizzard really. I can't play as Chaos as well, nor do I play as him as often. How come you don't like them? Btw, I was talking about Cesar's Sauron. I didn't know Armadon was a spriteswap of Diablo, I thought it was a spriteswap of Kung Fu Man. Either way, Primal Rage is still seriously underrated.

Well, it's probably better than the Sauron char we already have, aka Lord Sinestro's Diablo with horribly misaligned sprites.

[PC] Pokemon Fangame/ROM Hack General Discussion
BrawlTheMan replied to PlasmoidThunder's topic in [ NINTENDO ]
You guys are talking my language. I love rom hacks. On my facebook page (which I'm not going to show you because I like to keep my IRL life and internet life separate), I had a showcase of Rom hack glitches. I was going to create my own page about it, but I've been lazy. I don't think I've beaten that game yet. I know I've beaten Life Of Guardians though. That game was pretty tough until I found an infinite rare candy exploit. I'm surprised you guys are talking about tough rom hacks, yet none of you have mentioned pokemon Dark Rising. God, the level spikes in that game is unforgiving. It had this in depth storyline about you being a chosen one trying to find your father and stop this terrorist organization along with this entity. I heard there was a sequel that was made recently, but I have yet to beat the first one. -
And he also updated his Kitana Here's some vidya http://omegapsycho.webs.com/mortal-kombat-chars

I was originally going to look over this because I've never played Arcana Heart, but since it's styled after Waku Waku 7, I feel it's worth checking out.

Welcome to MFFA! Introduce yourself here!
BrawlTheMan replied to PlasmoidThunder's topic in [ INTRODUCTIONS ]
Oh hey, another MFG regular has come to chill here. Welcome. -
Of course they are. Any fighting game (well, mugen's an engine, but we're not here to argue semantics). Er, let's try not to fight here. No arguments, just win quotes, win quotes and more win quotes.

"Ya can't stop my fists of fury!" -Kim Kaphwan from Real Bout Fatal Fury Special, forgetting that his fighting style is mostly kick oriented "You made a nice lightning pole!" -Reubenkee's Evil Ryu "My fists are invincible!" -Kim Kaphwan to the china team in KOF 94, screwing up his own martial art again "You are all just a bunch of fool!" -Robert Garcia to the Sports USA team from KOF 94 "The fists are for justice pal!" -Kim Kaphwan vs billy, chonrei, geese and yamazaki from Real Bout Fatal Fury, not even trying anymore

Let's get this shit started off right.

I'm honestly hoping for him to make more world heroes chars. This is pretty cool too.

At first I thought this was Kyo's dad from Kof 95 (I think that's the game he first appeared in). Honestly, about the five bars being cheap, I imagine he did so because the source game had it. IIRC, KOF 11 had five power stocks. KOF 98 had three stocks, but since you get an extra stock for every character you lose, you could ultimately end up with 5 stocks. Extra stocks don't really equal cheapness. It gives you an advantage, sure, but try playing against The_None's Blizzard that has only two power stocks to work with. It's still perfectly capable of kicking ass. Edit: Whuh? What happened to Notagoodname's response?

When you guys say DQ, the first thing that pops into my head is Dairy Queen :P

Kamekaze's Amingo GM's Brocken Mouser's Captain Kidd Tora's Terry Bogard PotS's Charlie Splode's Captain Commando Splode's Rikuo You know something weird? A lot of the mains I had in fighting games I don't use in mugen. For example, Blanka's my favorite street fighter char, yet I haven't mained a blanka char yet. I guess it's because in Mugen you have so much to choose from (and so many versions to pick from) that you ultimately don't know what to pick. Another weird thing is that I never really played as Amingo all that much in MvC2, yet he's probably the guy I'm best as.
-
A good Alsion III would be nice. Shimon's version can't do specials in mid air like the from the source game and O Illusionista's version played nothing like the character.

I'll try to give feedback if I can, though I've never played Knuckle Fighter before.

Liquid Snake [Alpha] by KEI166 updated (12/10/2014)
BrawlTheMan replied to Kazagami's topic in [ 2014 ]
Why would you release an alpha? An alpha by definition is something that's not ready for public testing. -
Finally, a char to show how badass Cream the Rabbit truly is. Imma check it out, and be sure to give feedback.

Blanka released by 119way & win0dds (26/11/2014)
BrawlTheMan replied to sтαя∂υsт cяυsα∂εя's topic in [ 2014 ]
Ok, since I'm a big blanka player, I should be able to give some good feedback on this +The sprites are pretty as fuck. +holy crap, it has hopping, super jumping and hyper hopping! Didn't expect that. Sweet. -They got the Ground shave Rolling wrong. In the games, you are allowed to hold the button so blanka can stay rolling in place and wait for the opponent to drop down after being hit. This is what made it such a sick anti air. Here, he just jumps and then rolls. -The backstep rolling doesn't gel with me. Both of them go the exact same height, only the heavy version covers more ground. I feel like the light version should go farther horizontally while the heavy version goes higher. Hell, the light version seems really close to the vertical rolling attack, only it hurts on the way down, kinda making the vertical ball seem kinda useless. -I can't seem to get the light electricity to work. Either that, or the light electricity is much harder to get going than the heavy version. I'd usually get the heavy version to get going by mistake. Overall, not bad. I'm totally making a video about him since Blanka's my favorite Street Fighter char. -
God, that jab doesn't even make sense in context. It would be bad enough if he made like a self char or something and had that as a win quote, but why would Kinnikuman be angry at Mugen Feedback Givers? He's more concerned with fried rice than any sort of criticism.

Fighter's History Dynamite Stages
BrawlTheMan replied to BrawlTheMan's question in [ CONTENT REQUESTS ]
Ray's stage was made? Sweet. Where can I find it? -
Hello guys. As a big Fighter's History fan, I've collected all the stages from the first game in Mugen. I've been having trouble trying to find Fighter's History Dynamite stages though. I know Zazie's and Karnov's stages were made, but are there any more?

Fair enough. I like things done counter intuitively, but that's just me. Still, a charge char once in a while would be nice. The odd thing is, I do have a limit when it comes to odd commands. That's mainly the way MK do commands. I hate that they only take one button to pull off and that there are no other variations like in Street Fighter. I guess pretzels are ok, but back forward LP bugs me :P

Actually, yeah. I would like to see more complicated motions. I'm a fan of classic SNK games like Fatal Fury special where the motions are completely insane. I like that feeling of fighting a tough opponent, being pinned and trying to desperately get the Power Geyseur to come out but it won't because the pressure's getting to you or for some reason you can't pull it off on a certain side of the screen. I want moves that take more effort to pull off. The harder it is to pull off, the more amazed you'll be when you beat Zangief's Banishing Flat with a Ground Shave Rolling for a ko. Plus, almost every original char I've seen in this gameplay style has done this. Four quarter circles. Of course I know that Quarter circles are in every fighting game, but most of the original MvC styled chars people create have nothing but quarter circles. I'd just like some variety. Sorry if I sound a little pissy here, it's late :P To keep on topic, I was going to have an elaborate list of feedback after studying this char intently, but that never happened, so right now I'm just going to say: -No negative edge -Funky hitboxes
