MUGEN 1.0 is only slightly cut off on both sides (width) on my laptop, though I use my good ol' 640 x 480 EvE MUGEN primarily.

Oshawott.
Sure it spams its projectiles like crazy and you'll get hit by his projectiles when behind him (lulwut?), but its the constant "OSHAWOTT!" "OSHAAAA WAAAAAAATTT!!!" "OSHAWOTT!" "OSHA!" "OSHA!" "OSHAA WOTT!"

the patch is only for mugen 1.0, works on every screenpacks except Beatmania
just put the file in your mugen folder, choose the simul in watch mode.
