Bad news everyone... I updated the collection and I found a lot of links that are dead, so I marked a lot of chars as red now. The most remarkable are:
-The links rom Mugeno (a Russian warehouse) that were offline since a couple of years ago
-Roberto22's 4shared links are all dead, so all his chars are offline now
-A couple of chars that also went offline thanks to 4shared or got MF links dead
 
The only good news is that I found KhMaIBQ's Rockman Mugen fullgame, so I think I can get his offline chars from there, as well I think I got downloaded some of the offline chars, I'll check it out during these days, stay tuned
 
As always say in every collection, any help with them is welcome 😉 
 
EDIT: Found a lot of links from Old MM Collection, especially from Roberto22 and KhMaIBQ chars, so i got them almost all by now, will keep updating the thread, but if you find some of the offline chars, you can post them here as well

I'm essentially looking for very, VERY fanon-esque mugen fangames similar to something like Mortal Kombat Chaotic, where it's full of things like having almost the entire cast of the series and random weird OCs, poor balance and artstyle clash, and in general just fangames that give this feeling of like "this is the best game of this series, it has 900 different characters and 1000 stages, and it has super laser omega ryu that kills in one hit".
 
The crustier the better, does anyone have any suggestions?.

My story: Back in the days, in late 2000s, I was looking for a Goutetsu for my MUGEN. I looked all over the internet, and found only 2 Goutetsus, one made by Failture that many people know, and the other made by Shadow Blade that very few people know. I managed to find both of them. The one by Shadow Blade, from what I can remember, was hosted in some file sharing site like 4shared or esnips. I never saw a thread about this Goutetsu in a forum. I just stumbled on a download page for this guy in some file sharing site. Maybe it was 4shared, but I don't remember that much.
 
He's only featured in this one YouTube video. I believe I saw this video before.
 
I came back in 2023 after some years of inactivity, and I found out that nobody has this guy uploaded anywhere. So, I decided to upload him. Checking the date on this character, I believe this is the first Goutetsu ever made and released for MUGEN. Last date modified was August 4, 2007. Failure's version is September 14, 2007. Pretty close.
