  1. They're called the Spiker's Battle lifebars or something like that by Phantom Blood. They're actually in the Release section on here somewhere too. Weird as heck character too, I feel like the NSFW attacks were an afterthought... Yet another character (OC even...) to prove why it's OK to not be too fond of squids...
  2. How would power ups even work in a (traditional 1 on 1) fighting game anyway? Something like AoDK or Survival Arts? I think Samurai Showdown had something along those lines... I don't know if MSH's gems count... And not a hokey/gimmick filled mess like Pocket Fighter.
  3. Madoldcrow or Doug. Funny he mentioned him, he also made a Patrick, but since it's real unfinished it's very unoteworthy.
  4. Oh, yeah. Forgot a biggie. MEGA_X's Toriel. V1 at least because it's the only one I tried. Seriously, you can't hit her out of most of her hypers or specials. Eerily similar to a certain famous Mario. And a fairly shoto-ish/basic moveset just like said Mario. She's a tiny bit better in that regard though... And she can't roll despite all this effort to be SNK styled and her comboing isn't that smooth. Even Crow's Kirby did KoF style better somehow, he could at least roll. Dunno if V2 fixed any of this but I don't feel like trying that again. Grab spam A.I. is always a bad thing to me, even if I have plenty of characters who can easily circumvent it. Also, I REALLY don't like that small portrait. Talk about an abysmal choice. Know for a fact V2 changed it though. Seriously, why do so many people struggle to make DECENT portraits that aren't... Ugh nowadays...
  5. HCL's Kirby, Donkey Kong, and Link. I had HUGE hope for his Kirby. I was hoping it would blow the others out of the water, a SNS styled Kirby would even be enough for that. Man, his Kirby rivals Crow's in terms of lack of quality, if not much worse. Link was extremely underpowered, has awful, sluggish specials and can barely combo. And he's nearly mute, staying accurate I guess. DK could barely combo too, but he's the best of the three mentioned easily, but still inferior to the others I tried. Only others of his I tried were Mario, Luigi, and Wario, but all I can say about them is that I dislike, but understand the need for the slowed down gameplay compared to SNS's originals. They're far better as a whole than those 3, I can only imagine how sloppy the others are since there was no original to edit.

  7. Turns out this lifebar is based on an PC spaceship shooter. That explains a lot then. Also will get on fixing these pictures here tomorrow.
  8. Are you looking for any general kangaroo or just a boxing one? Only two I can think of are that Clayfighter 2 character and Shadowroo by Vinvulpis...

  16. I am going to have to play around with brutal A.I.s and projectiles on this for sure. You got zoom to work outside of OpenGL? I don't know much about 1.1...
  17. Very nice work with those powerbars. If this means a Cuphead lifebar is coming then I'm all in. Would be best to base it off the HUD seen in some beta footage, though.

This time, he's decided to ditch Shinryouga's and became his own man. Yes, he has the Waluigi Launcher. And lots of strikers. And Smash Bros (for the most part) basic attacks. Unfortunately, his hypers are mapped to Down + Down commands, and are fairly unresponsive unless you use his Rocket Launcher attack for some reason. At least for me. Made by Monkeyx. (I don't get this guy at all since I never watched the videos...)
  19. One of Sean Alty's Shades of Manhattan characters, and Bobby from Aggressors of Dark Combat. Both in collections on here... Also, I just learned what this show was yesterday. Somehow a Netflix exclusive I think. Was told it was a good show.

Here, he's unfortunately an unfinished, but somewhat decent KFM edit. However, the Pitfall Harry (Jr.) is greater than the amount of KFM leftover, a crouching attack, taunt, a few hurt states and his winpose. Aside from those Pitfall Harry Jr. has 6 buttons of standing attacks, 4 aerial attacks, and 4 crouching ones. 2, like his standing weak and strong kicks have secondary attacks that can be used by pressing the button twice, but they unfortunately don't exactly combo into each other properly. He has specials and hypers, but instead of traditional attacks, P..H. Jr. can spawn a couple powerups, like a (actual!!!) heart to gain health back, or a hourglass to freeze time. He has a couple down to earth attacks, like throwing bombs and a boomerang, which must be picked up to be thrown again. Also he can summon a mine cart to run over the enemy. Not much else to say, he functions. Made by RomeDogg.
  23. Was there ever an edit to that old unfinished Master Shake character? The Hi-res one? I could have sworn I remember hearing something about one...
  24. On characters such as Warner's and some other randoms like Shinryouga's Super Mario, they don't have hurt voices when they are hit in the air, or hurt when knocked over. Very small, but how could I make it so they have a hurt voice when hurt in the air? Preferably not every time they are hit, but any method would be fine.

The first version has no animation aside from fog overlay, and the the X version has some Pokemon for animation. They have a medium length and very tall height. Not really much else to say, made by an unknown creator. Also has no music.
