As for if he is the main bad guy...if you mean from Volumes 1-3 (or the Beacon Arc) then no...the main bad guy would be Cinder Fall (Do keep in mind that I said Volumes 1-3 AKA the Beacon Arc...cause from Volumes 4, 5, 6 and 7...the real main bad guy would be Salem...I don't want to go into Spoiler territory here so...just watch Volume 1 if you want to make some sense out of what I said)
