As a fullgame, probably Infinite Clayfare had died because of Interplay and its C&D, but there's not a part where I'm forbidden of still make ClayFighter content for MUGEN. Saying that, I'm continuing making stuff for MUGEN like chars, stages and even updating my screenpack based on this... So, why shouldn't continue working on this without releasing it as a fullgame??
Thinking about this, I decided to make a last gift for all of you on this 2024 that will end in a couple of hours with a patch for my released fullgame to update it into a Beta 3. Here's what this pack contents:
Added the screenpack update I released before (in MFG only, sorry) 5 new characters, 4 already released (Dr. Kiln, T-Hoppy, ClayFighter Ryu (now as a new guest character), HoboCop and a secret char in alpha state inside Sarge's update was added as well 2 new stages, 1 of them with music
How to use this?? Simple:
-Get the game (in my site via Wayback Machine or in the Archive.org download) and install it in your PC
-Download this patch, then unzip it and replace the content on the fullgame's folder
-Profit!!
If there's a way to revive my game is with this way, I hope this works. Happy New Year to all!!

You know the story: It started as an April's Fool joke, but later became serious when a copy of ClayFighter Extreme prototype was leaked to the internet and then their sprites were ripped. And then, for you and for me... it became personal.
It was originally planned to be one of the secret chars of Infinite Clayfare, but then... it was cancelled. So, in January I finally revealed the plans for him, and my desire of finish him anyway for MUGEN. After various months of work, here's a Beta of HoboCop, 100% playable with all FX and some finished stuff, made especially for this date.
Here's the list of features has this scrapped character:
Used the ripped sprites from ClayFighter Extreme prototype All his 3 moves are here, recreated with actual sprites New moves: classic CF ones (Launcher and Overhead Attack), Hoppercut (special) and Dead Weight (command move) No supers, throws or any of the Combo System (except Combo Breaker y Combo Opener) New voice: LA Homer Simpson (by Humberto Velez) made with AI Compatible with all Claytalities (cutted in half, squish and squeeze) and with the Pre-Claytality pose 2 Claytalities 2 intros, 1 taunt and 2 wins 12 palettes, 2 from Extreme and 10 originals Made under WinMugen, but also can be playable on 1.0+ (I debt you the "hobocop-m1.def", sorry)

This is my final gift for 2024, I hope you like it... and I hope to finish him for 2025 along with all the other ClayFighters I want to do to get a better image of this game series on MUGEN, no matter if Interplay doesn't like the idea of revive the franchise as I do...

After releasing the 25th anniversary version of Mugen, I received feedback about some bugs and I'm releasing an update for Battle Stormer Classics.
But to avoid being just a hotfix, I added a new boss: Mecha Sonic (Sonic 2 - Genesis) and 1 new level - Final Zone part 2 (Sonic 2 - Genesis), totaling more than 38 bosses and 50 levels.
Improvements:
- BRW-9 no longer disappears in some moves and now her shots depend on Power to be used (which was supposed to happen before)
- Superman has been balanced. He is still much stronger than the other characters, but his aerial attack now has a longer activation time
- Hulk has been balanced - Power Stomp has a longer activation and recovery time
- Balanced the super armor code of some bosses, such as James, Rob Ot and the final boss with a longer delay, increasing the invincibility time between hits from 5 to 10 ticks
- James rebalanced, especially the damage that was too low.
- Better fall animations for Sheena
- General improvements to several characters (alignment, damage, file size reduction)
- Added new characters to the intro
And stay tuned to my channel: I should release another version, from another project, before the end of the year 🙂

X-Mas is coming, but here you won't see something about Santa (or at least not by now with Sumo Santa XD). T-Hoppy was the only CF2 that returned into 63 1/3 and Sculptor's Cut and was one of the iconic character of these games. Personally he was one of my mains in 63 1/3 along with Earthworm Jim, Bad Mr. Frosty, Taffy and Boogerman, so it was a matter of time to concrete him for MUGEN and finally I could do it. So, after various months of work, here I got it... but since can't be alone, I also updated his CF2 rival with some updates necessary for him and now the 2 rabbits can fight into MUGEN to see which is the real Battle Bunny.
Here're the small list of features of both chars (new stuff on T-Hoppy, updates on Sarge):
Made accurate as possible to 63 1/3 as all my chars from that game All command moves, throws, specials and supers are here 12 palettes, 2 from N64 games and one referencing Sarge Intros vs. Dr. Kiln and Sarge, of course For time restraints, only has 1 Insane Combo and 1 Claytality, I hope to add the rest in future updates, sorry XD As all my chars, made under WinMugen but compatible with 1.0+ (choose "t-hoppy-m1.def" and that's all)
Fixed the infinite on Air Flying Kick Intro vs. T-Hoppy Changed commands for supers to match their based specials A new command move and a new line in winquotes (for "sarge-m1.def" of course)

I hope you like this double release, but as with CF1 Bad Mr. Frosty and Blob, these aren't the only surprises I got for you in these Holidays, so expect some more stuff very soon 😉

Not even in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that I would reach this milestone: 25 years working with Mugen!
Unless I'm mistaken, today I'm the oldest programmer on the engine who is still active. Or at least among the 3 oldest, for sure.
I started in December 1999 (the engine was released in the middle of the same year), I saw many sites/forums/communities come and go - MugenBR, Pão de Mugen, MugenNow, TESTP, Charasoon, Oolong Mugen Bookmark... I miss old friends like Bea, Carnificina, Ex-Inferis, Juan Carlos (RIP) and some I still talk to today, like RyounWin... the list is huge and my memory is no longer the same
Wow, the first community I joined was the Mugen channel on IRC!
Things that didn't exist in 1999:
Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Streaming, Wikipedia, Alexa, iPhone, broadband Internet in Brazil, Google was only 1 year old.
Famous things in 1999:
IRC, Blackberry, RealJukebox, Winamp, ICQ
Things were definitely different than they are today, both in Mugen and in real life. In a few years, I'll be 50 years old and I don't know if I'll still be here, but as long as I'm having fun with it and have the health to do it, I'll be here

I want to make a Yatagarasu EtE Sistan for M.U.G.E.N 1.0/1.1, she is the official mascot of the game center "Fantasista ( amfantasista.com )" in Japan.
WIP parts finished (beta version, need testing and tweaking):
-> all idle/non-offensive states and get-hit states
-> throw [x + a]
-> High/Low Button Lock (BL) [z = High BL, c = Low BL]
-> Universal Overhead (UOH) [x + y]
-> Universal Guard Break (UGB) [y + b]
-> Quickrise [x or y]
-> Delayed Wakeup [a or b]
-> Reduce - "Damage received by attacks can be reduced (by 5%) by pressing either punch (for punch-type attacks, wonky in M.U.G.E.N) or kick (for kick-type attacks, wonky in M.U.G.E.N)"

-> High Jump Counter: takes 2x damage
-> Crouching Counter: takes 1.25x damage

cancel her ground moves by pressing "D, D, a/b" or "D, D, x+a/y+b", like "standing hard punch" > "D, D, a/b" or "D, D, x+a/y+b" > "standing hard punch" (I've made the timer last much longer just for the WIP video demos)

3ha Collection
3ha was a prolific japanese creator from the 2000s who made interesting chars that were in part accurated mixed with other chars to create strange experiments. He disappeared after 2011 and his site was down as all the rest of Freett sites. The only way to get his creations today was with Wayback Machine... until now. So I made this collection with all his chars reuploaded to MediaFire to preserve his legacy. This collection will be different with not just downloads, but descriptions of the characters, I hope you like it 😉
