I was actually planning to make one based around Garfield: Caught in the Act with custom aspects, but I'm not sure when I'm going to get to that.

Ray gun seems like it needs work. Combos look fine.

I'm hugely surprised you all didn't mention Hatsune Miku by Yu-Toharu or Haruhi "Master of Cheap AI"  Suzumiya by Choiyer.
 
Also:
Sans, Asgore, and Yukari by Sumin (you all put fucking Frisk out of all of the creations he made): You think AI is bad? Try these on for size (literally). Garfield by Veanko (You put the creator by himself.): THIS FUCKING CHARACT- *shot* jk. Has a tendancy to throw couches most of the time. Plus try Simul. mode, where his "Fire!" move is SUPER buggy. Ren Hoek and Stimpson J. Cat by @WlanmaniaX: They aren't bad characters, but they are buggy, and have really spammy AI. Almost enough to surpass Haruhi's. Sonic V1 by Claymizer: SPAMMING THE TORNADO MOVE Super Mario 64 (Not Pizzasause's version): BOWSER JUST BOWSER

I may manage a few collections and have made a few stages, but wanted to work on making characters for a long time (which is when I started a pretty crappy build of Garfield), so this area is built around me attempting to make some characters, and possibly edit some, too. Stages will be thrown into the mix, too.
