With a few fightfx not upscaled to HD. Everything else is complete.
Also no victory screen. What you see in the preview is what you get.
I think the old Engine needed a facelift.
 
OH also what your getting is a COMPLETE Mugen game, not just a screenpack data file. This is a brand new mugen.
 
If something is incorrectly coded, please let me know.

After a discussion among the staff here at MFFA, we have made the decision to permanently remove the ability to post status updates for all users, effective immediately. It should be noted that there is no single action or event that prompted this decision, and rather, there are multiple contributing factors that have become more apparent over time, all of which can be categorized as an abuse of the status updates function. From our observation, the majority of status updates fell into one of four categories: requesting content outside of the requests area, personal attacks/insults, self-promotion, and detracting forum activity.
 
1.) Requesting Content Outside of the Requests Area
This is an issue that has become more frequent as of recent. For the longest time, MFFA has had a rule in place not to request content outside of the Request section of the forums, and status updates are no exception. Despite our best efforts to curb this behavior, status updates continued to be the go-to for this type of activity.
 
2.) Personal Attacks/Insults
While personal attacks and/or insults are already prohibited under our forum rules, it seemed that the system of choice for getting these attacks across was through the use of status updates.
 
3.) Self-promotion
Rather than using the respective forums for releases and videos, many users opted to drop download links and/or youtube videos of their creations in status updates.
 
4.) Activity Detraction
This last issue encompasses the previous three issues and is perhaps the biggest of the fours issues so far: status updates detract activity from other areas of the forum. Rather than using the forum for its intented purpose, the majority of activity on the forum was a result of people abusing the status updates functionality as if it were a dumping ground for everything akin to a social media platform, rendering the rest of the forums pointless.
 
For these reasons, we have made the decision to remove the ability to post and view status updates for all users, effective immediately

I don't know your knowledge or experience with FF3 / FFS, So i'm going to explain it like you don't know anything.
Open the character of your choice.
Select the Palettes tab from the top ribbon, Select Advanced Palette Editor or press (CTRL + P) apparently.
 

 
From this point, Depending on your sprite, select the magnifying glass and zoom into your image.
Then select the Ink Dropper tool and while you are picking the colors from the character HOLD CTRL, and then click on the colors.
OR Click and Drag to select multiple ones at once.
 
When you select a color a black or white box will appear on the color in the palette section. Thats how you know what you selected.


 
After you have your color of choice, Using the Slides on the bottom left, you can recolor to your choice.
H is for Hue, which will let you change the overall hue of the sprites, essentially strolling through the rainbow.
S is Saturation, Towards the Left is -255 Saturation (Greys out) Middle is 0 Saturation (Default colors) , and to the Right has +255 Saturation (Brightens)
R Will adjust the RED value, Like above moving it to the left is -255 Red (Dark Red) right is 255 Red (Bright Red)
G Will adjust the GREEN value, Like above moving it to the left is -255 Red (Dark Green) right is 255 Red (Bright Green)
B Will adjust the BLUE value, Like above moving it to the left is -255 Red (Dark Blue) right is 255 Red (Bright Blue)
 


 
After you've made your palette Click on the Double Floppy Disk icon (Save as Group/Index in sprites editor..)

 
The Add window will appear.
Characters are by default allowed 12 Palettes
Group 1, Index 1
Group 1, Index 2
Group 1, Index 3
Group 1, Index 4
Group 1, Index 5
Group 1, Index 6
Group 1, Index 7
Group 1, Index 8
Group 1, Index 9
Group 1, Index 10
Group 1, Index 11
Group 1, Index 12
 
So you will set your Group to 1, and Index to whatever palette number you want it to be.

This is my version of Miyako Arima from Melty Blood Type Lumina.
I played the game and matched up the best i could side by side.
I love all the new graphical features Ikemen allows so i Had to make use of it.
She has a few things missing here and there, very minor effect stuff.
But I wanted to get her out before I lost her or something happened to her.

The link was to MugenArchieve.
 
Now I'm not stranger to MA and its bandwidth limits, but I make an account, and boom, there is a 24 hour wait period before downloading anything but then it says you can download something within 59 minutes, I wait the 59 minutes, and it goes back up to 59. Essentially its pointless.
 
The next day, My 24 hours are up.
I go to the website, click download. Boom. Banned.
Why? Because i'm using a VPN.
 
LIKE WTF. Why would I get banned for using a VPN. (Apparently its their terms and agreement to not use one)
So out of curiosity I google reviews on MA, and low and behold. The website is actually rated shit. 1.5 out of 5 Stars.
 
After reading several 1 star reviews, because there is no such thing as 2 or above star reviews (at least they never showed up)
It truly makes me grateful to Mr.Monkey Head for continuing to run this website for FREE, for ALL.
 
This is what MUGEN and Community is about.

Quick Question if anyone is kind enough to lend some advice or tips.
 
I've have my eye on palette making for a while now like towards the OHMSBY styled characters and i was wondering if there was a tutorial/guide on making said palettes? I have Fighter Factory 3. Should i have another version and how would i go about saving and creating palettes because i am very interested into making some OHMSBY styled palettes someday.
 
Help would be greatly appreciated.

I wish you could play as bosses such as Super Gideon. Other than that it's a pretty great game overrall

Envy was originally a mini boss in the game and as such has very little sprites.
When making her I had to make a few edits, but looking at her sprites helped come up with her moves!
 
She has a Shadow Kick like Johnny Cage (and a EX Red version which goes further)
She has Jade's Dodging Shadow, which allows her to pass thru Projectiles, even better she has the alternate (EX) version which is a pink glow which gives her super armor as well as projectile phasability.
For anyone who is familar with Akira from Rival Schools / Project Justice, Then you will be familar with her other move which is a rekka similar to Akiras.
 
But the references don't end there. Her final impact draws inspiration from Sho from Breakers. Stampede is reminiscent of Servebot fans.
and her Level 3 super. OH boy. I'm not going to give the reference away to this one.
But would you believe no one has ripped the sprites for the super background until now! (Me)
PLEASE BE AWARE IT HAS FLASHING LIGHTS!

No Crouch, NO GUARDING.... at all.
Well that doesnt sounds fair right? well TMNT:SR has a escape button, SO when hit you are able to escape with the press of a button. I did not fully implement it but it will keep you alive.

Enjoy my Version of Scott Pilgrim, with this you guys can get a feel of what's to come with the others yes I'm doing not just the evil exes but every character in the series so expect more Sex Bom-Omb and updates to the already released Evil Exes.
Sorry I Couldn't give you all an proper release video and description, maybe later I'll post something but I will at least explain how he plays 
 
Every SP character of mine will play the same they will have 2 attacks, a Passive and/or Aggressive Trait (Think Injustice), 2 Striker summons and single button for Super commands.
 
X = Light Attack
Y = Heavy Attack 
Z = EX Attack/Trait Attack  
A = Striker 1
B = Striker 2
C = Super Attack
 
Here in Scott's case he has an Passive trait (We Are Sex Bom-Omb) where he can call more then 2 helpers hold down and press the striker button to summon someone other then his default helpers and his Aggressive trait (The Power of Understanding) is an Counter attack and landing it buffs and gives different properties to his special moves and upon landing it 3 times it adds and new move for you all to discover I'll reveal it later on when I release his video.
