That's basically what Galvatron suggested, making it like that poison effect some characters have.

As I concluded over on MD: "It alright. It's better than most of the other Pokémon characters, but it feels so hard to use with what it's got going against it. Sprites are indeed nice, however."

Cockblock Sandstorm Hyper is weak when you consider Krookodile's other Hypers (120 damage in comparison to 300 (potentially) and 400), but that doesn't count for much.
