That depends on who you ask, though I don't personally find them particularly good with their horribly unoptimised hitboxes and infinites. I don't believe his characters are as bad as they used to be, but they're still pretty flawed. I know when he made Shinx, Luxio and Luxray, you would've only bothered using Luxray since it's basically a more powerful Shinx with nothing to offset this.
