There is no good Rayquaza aside from that 1.0-only one. All Pikachus are compatible with all versions of MUGEN, though Xed's is the best (and that's not just an opinion).

Legendaries have never evolved, and I highly doubt they'd be able to now - it's either a new forme (as if Mewtwo really needed one), Mewthree, or something else entirely... There is a reason I spell form with an e, incase you were wondering.

I forgot to mention that he has a special intro when fighting against certain female characters.
