He mostly references old memes, or some of The_None's stuff, like some of his KFA characters. He also can use Instant Transmission, Kamehamehas, Proton Cannons, and use a move that parodies a certain infamous cheap character, but with Tenshi. His A.I. mostly likes to use his AK-47 hyper, which is unblockable and quick. Made by, as this seems to be a self character, Jado7.

Seeing as I love Ryu edits, this will be awesome! After his screenpack talents, this being put into character form is quite cool.

Funny, I was trying to get her to work, too. And, I did, because the winquote no longer appears, although, she still clones sometimes. Anyway, after porting some more characters and getting rid of that above coding, their grab hypers don't work on normal characters, but they will on other characters from it. Even normal grabs work properly for everyone.

Anyway, this is a odd stage(and one of my favorites), that I guess is based on Rozen Maiden. But, it seems to be a huge thread post, or something. I don't know who's home stage this is, either. But the original song was a really short and annoying loop of the maidens talking and screaming, and then it gets sped up so it was really high pitched. So, I replaced it with the song that comes with the Glitch City stage, Creepy Countdown, because it fit pretty well. If you have a REALLY long fight here, there's some odd version of Suseiseki, I guess...

What file in the characters are the second set of steps located in? Also, in the character I wanted to put in, I couldn't find the coding for step 2, so I tried it anyway, and the character worked and didn't have a clone or crash Mugen, but caused their winquote to appear and the music stopped playing.
