So I've been collecting some data on the game and based on 28 matches I think it's safe for me to make the following changes (chart displays win percentages):

Includes all updates aside from yesterday's Reimu update, which was done immediately after he uploaded this.
He also included an old Beta version of Mima from 2013 that I was working on around the same time as Lie Meiling but never publicly released it. For the time being I guess you can say she's exclusive to the game, as I don't really have any plans on publicly releasing her, at least not without giving her another overhaul to include gameplay stuff that's been added over the past 2 years.

If I ever make Youmu, that is. Or if someone ever decides to make her in my current style if I don't get to her first.
Also after further discussion in the group and after playtesting with Hina a bit more we decided to make the following changes:
 
Rises:
: D -> B
Drops:
: A -> B
: A -> B
 
At this point the S tier is more or less finalized, we're mostly looking at the B and C tiers right now

So after a few more matches in the latest update, the following tier changes are made:
: 1 -> 4 (S to A tier)
: 2 -> 1
: 3 -> 2 (A tier to S tier)
: 4 -> 5
: 5 -> 3 (A tier to S tier)
: 6 -> 7
: 7 -> 8
: 8 -> 10
: Added to #12 (C tier)
: 12 -> 6 (D tier to A tier)

Alright so some more replays, another update to the tier list. This time the tiers have been cut off based on substantial differences in scores.

So December's usage statistics are out. Since Gen 7 has only been out for two months, a system of quick rises & quick drops will be used, where any Pokemon above 6.70% usage will be banned from UnderUbers, while anything below 1.72% usage will be allowed in UnderUbers. Anything in between remains unchanged.

Aegislash, Lucario (Mega), Magearna
 
The Following Pokemon are now Allowed in UnderUbers:

Decidueye, Dugtrio, Forretress, Kommo-o, Tyranitar, Whimsicott

I mean I highly doubt that they'll add any extra characters on the Switch version, but I've been wrong about... well literally every prediction about Smash bros. since Megaman was first announced sooooo
 
I mean I wouldn't mind getting Ice Climbers and Snake again, they were always pretty fun. Also if we could get Shion from the Wonder Boy in Monster World games to drum up some hype for the new game? that would be cool too. And of course like everyone else, I want Shovel Knight and Shantae up in this.

I think that Akali (LoL)'s appearance is based on Jade (MK). But yeah Akali fights with 2 short scythe-like weapons called Kama while Jade fights with a staff and boomerangs
