Überkids from Newgrounds/ Pico's School
First appearance: Pico vs. Überkids July 6, 2000.
The Überkids are the titular main antagonists of Pico vs. Überkids. Composed of Übersam, Überjon, and Überfred, they are artificial humans created as a result of the Human Genome Project, designed to be superior to the average human being in every way. After their conception, they are sent to test their skills on the students of the local school, to which Pico and his friends oblige.
 
The Moveset has a like Ice Cream, Pistol, Sniper, Rock, Grenade, Cannon Ball, Dual Pistol, Uber Mech, Giant Uber, Atom Size and more.
They make various appearances in several other games and movies, most notably Pico's Unloaded, as disposable goons for the sole purpose of the main trio to tear apart.
Including the 2020s media Uberkids had some feats to used. Had some fully moveset playable.

Their moveset is a blend of clinical precision and chaotic Newgrounds-style violence, featuring:
The Uberkids Army consists of genetically engineered "superior" humans, such as Übersam, Überjon, and Überfred, designed to be faster, stronger, and more resilient than average humans. In M.U.G.E.N, this version is distinct from the single playable Uberkids and often functions as an "army" character (at least 3 clones per character), which can drop health and power-up items upon defeat. 

Playstyle: High-pressure AI that utilizes "helpers" (summoned clones) to lock down the screen.
Visuals: Often uses custom or ripped sprites from Pico vs. Uberkids and associated stages like the "Rock Paper Scissors Roulette".
Mechanics: Relies heavily on helper summoning codes that allow clones to act independently of the main character's state.

The final boss and archenemy of Kung Fu Man, not made by Elecbyte but eventually recreated by Masukenpu-kun, I decided to make a different twist on MUGEN, so I took this version and converted into a ClayFighter-like character as I already did with Kung Fu Man. By now I just adapted the character into my 63 1/3 standards (and gave him a new big portrait based on his drawn appearance), but still lacks various of the gameplay features you know and love (Overhead Attack, combo system, Claytalities, etc). However, he's very playable and I know you'll take a surprise by playing with him 😉

A very special release today - over the last three months, I've been running a character jam over at my favorite MUGEN stream, SpriteClub - our goal was to create an edit of Kung Fu Man together. We all took turns to work on it, with a wheel decider picking out the author in question, who would pass it off to the next person after a few days. The result - no less than 15 authors all worked on this!

Kung Fu Man SC - also known as "What is a Rare Wonderful Legendary Dark Mighty Morphin Kamen Rider Super Neo Kung Fu Man Erisia Plus LV512 Extra Edition that kung fu fights & Joon Yorigami?! A miserable little pile of secrets! - boasts 14 new specials, a variety of new supers, various new mechanics, an assist trophy system and a powerful AI to fight against - right alongside a permanent helper in the form of Jo'on Yorigami. With a tool for just about every situation, he can make quite the formidable opponent - or screw himself over if he trips too much.

oh yeah, in case you're curious about the name, everyone got to add another phrase to it

Over the past couple months I've been making a bunch of AI patches for characters (mostly obscure ones). I decided that since I have so many (with more on the way), it would be good to create a thread for all of them.
Currently, my latest patch is Scott by olt-EDEN.
Patches use the same ranking system as SpriteClub (F-1st)

My debt is finally done, after continuing what Interplay never did first with an AF beta and later with a newer release, now I can finally say that HoboCop has been finished, just as I did with the incomplete High Five. Now the fat hobo that became a clay vigilante trying to stop Kiln to get him to the justice has a version that makes him justice (never better said) to MUGEN.
 
Differences with the Beta version:
New moves: 2 throws, a new special (Ho Whip) and 3 supers The whole combo system is here now: since Linkers and Finishers to Insane Combos 3 new Claytalities, getting now 5 of them Reworked HoboCop (aka LA Homer Simpson) voice to sound more 90s, as well new lines and some "moans" XD Compatibility with MUGEN 1.0+, including data and winquotes And of course, bugs fixed from the past version (thx Kanfong for the reports)

I hope you like this new and finished version, I know you're waiting this for so long and so do I. Also, in my site updated the WIP section by adding 63 1/3 chars I promised to do: Ickybod Clay, Bonker and Blob. Probably Lady Liberty would be the next to be made for my CF chars, but also I'll be updating T-Hoppy and Sumo Santa with the stuff they left to do, as well some new stuff for old chars, stay tuned 😄

A japanese company founded by ex-Capcom members who co-created Street Fighter EX series with Capcom, and eventually made their own fighting games apart of them with their characters (Fighting Layer with Namco and Fighting EX Layer as themselves), as well some puzzle games with Tetris and Pac-Man licences. Since it needed to be separated from SF Collection, I made this one for Arika exclusive chars from EX series and beyond games adapted to MUGEN. Enjoy it 😉
