    -This versions is 1.1 exclusive but I might go ahead and make another version for 1.0 which excludes the transition; this is all depending on the reception I get for this stage.
    -Expect an update soon for coding related fixes, I might not make any changes to the SFF since it takes forever to upload 35 MB with my slow internet
    -This stage should easily support other localcoords, just change the localcoord to whatever you want and the bounds should be something close to 100/-100 if you're aiming for widescreen.

    It isn't about Chuchoryu's MUGEN standards, or CvSA owning copyright for Asuka. CvS and Chuchoryu talked with each other about her development. They came to an agreement that the char wouldn't be released until CvSA was finished with the sprites. Chuchoryu went against his word, and released this 'beta' anyway. That's where the problem lies. I don't blame CvSA for being upset. A (wo)man should hold true to their word. Your word is your bond, because overall, that's all people in general can hold you by. If you say you're gonna do something, if you tell someone that you're going to do something, then do it.
     
    Don't lie. If you lie, then you lose respect in the eyes of your peers. I don't care what Chuchoryu releases, the quality of it, or how much he releases. He free to do what he wants to in that regard. I do care about someone being a liar though. Bottom line is, he lied to CvSA. And for what? Just to release the 'beta' of Asuka? To gain 'fame' and 'popularity'? To be the first to 'make' her? None of those reasons make lying to someone look any better. If he was going to release the char regardless of anything anyone else had to say, then he should have told CvSA that from the start. It's the lies that make me lose respect for the guy. Not the dozens of 'betas'. Stay true to your word, that's the moral of the story here.

    Finally, after over 1 month of waiting, i released him! I worked on Ridley all of this time and fixed a lot of bugs while waiting. I also worked on few other things when i was bored like updated Norfair stage and Chaos Ridley`s stage called "Chaos". He works like Infinite`s characters with few differences, but they aren`t really noticable...except for the lack of palette selector. His sprites look a lot better than my previous Ridley`s and he is just better than my previous Ridley. I need your feedback quickly because i just can`t wait to make him better! Also, i removed few things while working on him like alternate voices. If you see anythin a lil weird, let a brother know. all thats left is are more intros, one more win quote, strong jump attack and a possible counter hyper-move...plus little things here and there... I've been gone for a little while because of some work-related stuff, but im back and ready to win! :) This character is loooonnnnngggggggggggg overdue....i also can't wait for Baltazar's version. i was surprised as @!##! when i saw his project. that should be a great battle! Hope u guys like the progress so far!

    Enter my so called first ToSix event. Since I took many late in this project this year, I challenged myself to edit 30 new characters in a row. 24 ready for now.     In Mugen world everybody knows Chuchoryu. Behind the language barrier, the man has a bunch of ideas, some good spriting skills and works really fast. Too fast maybe, giving betas and incomplete characters, with a lot of potential btw. I really like what he does, it could be far better with patience and time. I asked Chucho if I could edit some of his characters. What I did : applied my tosix template, frankensprited some of the sprites, coded some new specials and hypers.     Well, I've been working on mortal kombat stages and such, making them 1.0 compatible, and adding super jump and slight edits to just about every stage!

    I've made every stage basically exactly how they were in their source, while throwing minor(or major) edits in them :)

    also, they all come with their original(mk1) BGM and MK9 version(if they were in mk9 of course!)

    Gladiacloud here.

    I and Beximus are back with a new MVC style character!

    After Akainu, I decided to create for him a sort of rival. He comes from the Capcom universe, and it is not a main character.

    He is one of my favorite boss from the game Rockman X4, as well as the only Maverick robot with references to the Street Fighter characters.

    As well as able to control the magma. :3

    Although Beximus helped me a lot in creation of Magma Dragoon, he will not be part of his full game. Who knows in the future.

    I wanted to create him because I've always wanted to see him fight in Mugen (and I think many others Mugen fans).

    I could never make him, if, back in 2002, a retired mugen creator called Jack Bandit not created a Magma Dragoon using a lot of edited sprites and a
    six buttons system. His Magma Dragoon was practically incomplete: he had not get hits, he was full of bugs, and his FX were a little messed up.

    We can say that, after 12 years, I was able to complete and improve the work left unfinished by Jack Bandit. ;)

    I tried something like this and it kind of works without using any MUGEN variables and Helper state controller:

    In your MUGEN character's [statedef -2], put this PlaySnd state controller:

    triggerall = EnemyNear, Stateno != [120,155]
    trigger1 = EnemyNear, GetHitVar(hittime) = 0    ; or use -1, please see explanation below
    trigger1 = EnemyNear, GetHitVar(hitshaketime) = 0
    trigger1 = EnemyNear, GetHitVar(hitCount) > 2
    value = 8, EnemyNear, GetHitVar(hitCount)
    volumescale = 100
    ignorehitpause = 1
     
    prerequisite: 
    - you need to have a sound/voice saying like, "YES!", for a three (3)-hit combo, located in your *.snd file with Group #8 (my choice) and Sound #3 (my choice, and it must be at least one (1))
    - you need to have a sound/voice saying like, "WONDERFUL!", for a five (5)-hit combo, located in your *.snd file with Group #8 (my choice) and Sound #5 (my choice, and it must be at least one (1))
    - you need to have a sound/voice saying like, "BRAVO!", for an eight (8)-hit combo, located in your *.snd file with Group #8 (my choice) and Sound #8 (my choice, and it must be at least one (1))
    - ..... and so on.....
     
    explanation:
    - type = PlaySnd
      this is you know what it is for.........
    - triggerall = EnemyNear, MoveType = H
      VS single P2, only when P2 is in get-hit states
    - triggerall = EnemyNear, Stateno != [120,155]
      this makes sure the VS single P2 is not in blocking/guarding states
    - trigger1 = EnemyNear, GetHitVar(hittime) = 0
      this one is important because I tried to use the last second of P2's returning to an idle state after being hit, to make sure the
      PlaySnd state controller won't be called more than one (1) times in a row
      * or you can use "= -1" instead of "= 0" if you want the PlaySnd state controller takes place right after P2 returns to idle
    - trigger1 = EnemyNear, GetHitVar(hitshaketime) = 0
      this one might be optional because the time player is "frozen" during the hit usually counts down to 0 before hittime becomes less
      than one (1), so, this is used only to backup the first trigger1
    - trigger1 = EnemyNear, GetHitVar(hitCount) > 1
      this one makes sure the VS single P2 is getting more than two (2) hits by your MUGEN character (in my example the "YES!" three
      (3)-hit combo is the minimum)
    - value = 8, EnemyNear, GetHitVar(hitCount)
      this is the Group # and Sound # in your *.snd file, in my example:
      - "YES!" three (3)-hit combo uses the Group #8 and Sound #3 WAV
      - "WONDERFUL!" five (5)hit combo uses the Group #8 and Sound #5 WAV
      - "BRAVO!" eight (8)-hit combo uses the Group #8 and Sound #8 WAV
      - ..... and so on.....
    - volumescale = 100
      just the volume of the Combo Announcer sound/voice.........default is 100 here
    - ignorehitpause = 1
      this is you know what it is for.........
     
    Please note that it is for a Single VS P2 only....................for a Team VS P2/P4 there may need more work.
    Also, it should be edited more for air-combo purpose, even though this way also works for air-combos...........
     
    I am sure there are more ways to do a better (with MUGEN variables, Helper, Explod...etc.) Combo Announcer in MUGEN.  Yet, this is the simplest one I could come up with.

    Im currently working on a Marvel Vs. Capcom template for mugen.

    This will not be 100% accurate, this will most likely no be much accurate at all. except for the fact, that it plays just like I see MVC and recreate it as.
     
    Its basically KFM with all MVC effects and sounds. and gameplay.
