Oh don't get me wrong, the character is utter garbage. I'm just glad to have finally been able to add it to the collection 

LOL if i didnt know this was mugen, I'd say he looks like the type of boss you find on a walkway on the side of a airship... just like the screenshot.

This version plays a bit more like the source game.  Yet, it was made in the DOS MUGEN era (~2003), so, please expect some modern MUGEN engine incompatibility.
