  1. It was a fun ride but eventually, you'll have to end that ride at some point. Though I completely understand on why you are planning to leave from the community forever, as sometimes it gets tiring after doing the same thing for a very long time & it becomes more boring overtime. All I want to say is thank you for being the part of the community for all of these years, we're all going to miss you from now on & everyone will wish the best of you moving forward.
  2. There's also the cancelled version of Eric Cartman that was made by Most_Mysterious (also known as The_None), which can be seen in one of Omega Tiger Wood's intros. It's also on where the sprites of Anderson Miguel's Cartman originally came from as well. Unfortunately, this version of Cartman is lost but he'll be a great addition to this collection. Here's some proof of what I said earlier (skip to 0:31 btw):
  3. So I managed to find Yellow Giygas: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hwZB5LxWaj_UzNKvSeZf67GSqw-5hWIF/view Also I found this edit called "Expunged Giygas" & it was made by "Mantster" (who made 3 other characters that I don't give a damn about) & I think he's based off of a mod of a certain indie game that used to popular. Managed to find this weird edit in a pack of other characters on MediaFire (I have no idea on why the file is named into random nonsense but ok & yes it's in there, I double checked): https://www.mediafire.com/file/rrq4f9m75q1996d/hairs_my_mug_in_chairs.rar/file
  4. Actually a user by the name of "SuperSpace230" is the one responsible for editing that page. The only thing that I edited was adding the "found characters" category because he somehow forgot to add said category on the previous edit of that page (I was trying to help the guy, that's all). Also I would like to clarify that I'm actually "LegoIceThing06" (that's right, I have alternate name but please call me "FrozenArtifactCollector06" instead ok?).
  5. So an old KFM edit was recently found & that edit was called "OH MY GOD" (& yes, that's the actual name for this edit). Also for those wondering on what this edit does, basically it's Kung Fu Man but he's on fire & his HP drops down if you keep standing (which means that you got to keep moving him around through out the entire fight). The edit itself was actually lost for over 14 whole years before it was recently found by a user named "The Magical Toaster". It obliviously belongs in this collection, since this a literal KFM edit after all. Also here's the link to download him (don't worry, I checked the website & it doesn't have any viruses/malware nor creating an account just to get the character): https://archive.org/details/TCOMG
  6. To be honest with you, I have no idea on what that stage is nor the name of it at all. However, I do know that the music from this stage came from a Super Smash Bros Brawl mod (I forgot which one it was because I haven't played it in years). Also are you the real Josh Geary from a decade ago? If so, then I think remember some of your creations like "An Ordinary Headstone" & that "Blue Scarlet Moon" stage for an example.
  7. Oh I get it now, well at least that I can still socialize on other MUGEN websites though. However, I don't even use a VPN nor any adblockers at all because YouTube Premium exists (I'm used to paying $14 a month just for no ads at all) & as for VPNs, I'm not one of those people who buys/watches international movies that are around the world. Also there's probably an another reason that I could be IP banned is because I remembered replying to a post that was made by one of the moderators on how he got banned from the MUGEN Archive website (Dizzy might have found my reply ranting on the site & probably IP Banned me from the site for that but I could be wrong this entire time, so who knows on what really happened). (UPDATE - 10/21/2023): So I recently just checked on the MUGEN Archive website to see if I was still IP banned & it turns out that I managed to get unbanned somehow. I have no idea on how I was unbanned but I'm guessing that the website was hacked & the hacker who did it probably sent out a huge IP Ban to everyone for no reason at all. Though I could be wrong again if that isn't the reason, but I'm just glad that I managed to get unbanned from the website somehow & I think that mostly everything has since went back to normal on that website after that.
  8. Recently, I was IP banned from MUGEN Archive for no reason at all. The only thing I did on that website was downloading a few MUGEN characters & that was it. I didn't even message anybody at all on the site, as I was simply a "lurker" on that website trying to download characters (no 18+ characters btw, just normal characters) & that was it. Also how the hell am I suppose to even email the website's owner anyways? I don't even know on who owns that website anyways & I just want to explain on how I got banned in the 1st place. Hell, I even tried going into "Incognito Mode" & I get the same result as well! I can't even download all of those Donald/Ronald McDonald & Colonel Sanders edits now because of my stupid unfair ban reason, which means I have to find a different website to find those edits! I'm not lying either, as I have proof right here because I want to show everyone on what actually happened to me on that website as a whole:
  9. Does this Giygas edit count? So I found this edit called "Yellow Giygas" & I think it was made by a user named "dusty elise". I'm pretty that she made Yellow Giygas as a joke because it's literally The_None's Giygas except it's "lemon flavored", the Half Life headcrabs have been replaced with 8-Bit Mario (specifically the 1st Super Mario Bros game) & it contains memes everywhere. Now I have no idea if the edit itself is private or went offline, but I'm just going to say that it's offline because I can't find a download link for it at all. The reason that I want it added to the collection because not many people know about this Giygas edit & it's probably one of the most underrated joke edits that I've ever seen in my life. Also if you don't know what I'm talking about, here's what the edit looks like in-action (Credit to this SP guy btw): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_BkOWPmhyw
  10. Well I hope that you enjoy your personal life, as you had a great run in the M.U.G.E.N community & the characters that you made were amazing! I completely understand on why you chose to step down, so enjoy on what you originally wanted to do & you'll be remembered for being a great admin through the entire website's history. Though here's the real question, who's going to be the new admin once RicePigeon steps down & it is going to be an another good admin?
  11. If I had to pick a character that has no good edits, it would have to be Glenn Quagmire from Family Guy. There's like 3 versions of him made & all of them are horrible. MarioMarioGuyFan11's version is a sprite-swap of TheIranSonic's "Poison Berry", D10D10D10's version is god awful as always (Seriously, what did you even expect from D10's piss poor quality anyways?) & as for Ravenboy9's version, it was not only cancelled entirely but it was also in poor quality as well. Seriously, why the hell can't anyone make at least a decent version of Quagmire for pete sake?! Also the green in-destructible green quicksand goop that looks like nuclear acid named "Quagmire", doesn't count at all either because it's not even related to the Family Guy character at all.
  12. @dgsgqa Ah ok, thanks for the info! I didn't even though because I literally thought that this was an edit at 1st, but I was wrong this entire time! My fault for actually posting this in the wrong collection, I promise that I'll post something in the right collection next time!
  13. @DreamAvenger Since that edit I mentioned was made in 2009, it has to be either TENE's version or Doburoku's version because both of them were released before 2009 (with TENE's version being released in 2006, while Doburoku's version releasing in 2008). Those 2 versions I just mentioned were most likely used as the base for ⑨'s version, as ⑨'s version just changed the portrait & added the different gameplay modes. As for the conversion thing, I think ⑨ just converted some of the attacks from those Melty Blood games on PC (specifically the original Melty Blood game & that "Melty Blood Act Cadenza" game) into the edit's different gameplay modes.
  14. Actually I want to talk about a lost edit of Neco-Arc that will probably be lost forever. This edit was made by a user named "⑨" (& yes that was their actual username btw), who is mostly well known for converting Melty Blood & Big Band Beat characters into the M.U.G.E.N engine. This character was created sometime in 2009 & it was actually available to download on their old website for a while before disappearing by late 2009. Unfortunately when July 2014 rolled around, the character was completely gone because Wayback Machine literally failed to archive the character! Even if the website still had the character, it has been shut down since March 31st, 2016 & "⑨" themselves has created a new website since then (with absolutely no trace of that Neco-Arc edit). There's only one image of this edit online (can be seen on the right) & it has stayed lost for almost a decade now. During the time when this edit of Neco-Arc was up on the website, it was called "Abandon Production" where you used to download it (seen at the bottom left corner). What makes this edit special is that it had multiple different gameplay modes & it's probably the most accurate Neco-Arc that you'll ever see, as it's just like ⑨'s other conversions. If the author is reading this reply, then I recommend that you should add this edit into the collection by labeling as "Offline" for oblivious reasons because as I said before the character is lost & I want more people to be aware of this lost edit of Neco-Arc's existence. That's all I need to ask here, I hope you have a good day people!
  15. Believe it or not, there's a few pieces of M.U.G.E.N Lost Media relating to SpongeBob in-general & since this is a "SpongeBob Collection", I might as well detail one of them on here. The one that I want to mention on here is MugenJF's 1st version of SpongeBob & if you basically don't know about this, MugenJF made an earlier version of his SpongeBob that was sprite-swap of N64Mario's Metool character. The 2nd version is obliviously easy to come by (as it's literally in the collection I think?), however the 1st version that MugenJF made has become Lost Media since Late June - Early July 2007 (16 years ago now, as I'm writing this reply) & I'm pretty sure that no one has it in their roster anymore (again this was made in 2007, so expect to see inactive users who had the character at some point). The download link for the 1st version was up for a few days on his website but it was unfortunately taken down due to the backlash of that the character received (we all know on how people on here hate sprite-swaps, so we all know where this is going) & it was later replaced by his sprite-swapped 2nd version (aka the version that's in the collection already, which called "Release 2.0 Evolution"). Also I'm not joking btw & I even have some evidence to prove that this character did indeed exist at one point (Credit to GhostSonic for the video):
  16. I know that I'm a few days late but over the years, M.U.G.E.N Archive has went to an actual decent website where you can preserve actual lost media into a bullshit website filled awful moderators such as Kater15 (aka the Gardevoir simp who literally "sprite-swapped" a fucking cheap Donald/Ronald McDonald edit, just because she hated Ronald McDonald in-general), needing to improve your rank just to download things that have over 100 MB in them, getting banned for a month just for saying ONE minor complaint about the website & the worst part of all, THEY ARE LITERALLY BREAKING ELECBYTE'S M.U.G.E.N RULES BECAUSE OF THE DONATIONS THE WEBSITE GIVES OUT (As it literally says it in one of the MUGEN def files that you can't make money off of the game at all or you'll pay the ultimate price from Elecbyte themselves)! In-fact, you want more proof on why MA is so horrible. How about I'll recommend you watch this person complaining the problems he had with MA, despise being active there for a literal decade now (Credit to True Game for the footage that I'm about to show):
  17. Actually I wish someone can add this character to the collection, as there's an another creation made by Supermystery himself that is currently lost media. The character is called "Mega Mac Liquid" (also known as the chemical plant water from Sonic 2) & it was made in 2007. This character is infamously known for being one of the cheapest characters of all time, as it had no absolutely no hitboxes at all (just like Omega Tom Hanks) & can defeat characters such as DarkMasterS's Psycho Shredder for an example. The character was actually popular at the time, as it mentioned in 2 Japanese blog posts: http://bbs.nicovideo.jp/test/read.cgi/question/1196088763/ http://jbbs.shitaraba.net/bbs/read_archive.cgi/game/43571/1212781100/l50 The only visual evidence of the character's existence is a video made by Supermystery himself, as it demonstrates on how it can kill 2 versions of DarkMasterS's Psycho Shredder (Credit to Supermystery for the video): It was released in a password protected file & the bad news is that Supermystery doesn't even know the password to it anymore (not even the users in those 2 Japanese blogs that I mentioned earlier couldn't solve the password to unlock Mega Mac Liquid, as they had no fricking idea on what the hell Mega Mac Liquid's password was), which means the character is going to stay "pass-worded" forever. Though the good news is that someone archived the file itself & uploaded it to the "GetUploader" website, which can be found right here: https://ux.getuploader.com/danganmax7777/download/36 Though if anyone is really wanting to solve it, then you're in luck because there's a plausible lead into finding this character that has been lost for over 16 years now. That only lead is the creator's own pack of "Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Battle featuring 22 characters" (god that was a mouthful to say) with the password around these combinations right here: "nsm20081711ub22db12e4" albeit a little different than usual. That's the reason on why I made this reply is because I think it would make a nice fit to this collection & that I want people to know that this lost character even exists in this 1st place.
  18. I'm pretty sure that this post will get no attention at all, but has anyone made content around the cancelled game called "Weenie Cop" before? So for people who don't know what I'm talking about, I'll explain the context right now. Basically Weenie Cop itself was a cancelled game made by the same creator who would eventually go on to make Pizza Tower. What I'm requesting is the playable characters in that cancelled game, which are Peter The Hotdog & Mac The Hamburger (both of them reappeared in Pizza Tower, as a different form instead of being playable characters). The reason I'm requesting this is because I've seen no content for Weenie Cop has been used on the M.U.G.E.N engine at all & I was wondering if someone would be able to make these characters at all. If anyone is really wanting to accept my request, then I would highly recommend making Peter 1st. The reason is because Peter's sprites were already ripped by someone else & that no one has the audacity to rip Mac's sprites yet (Credit to DogToon64 for ripping Peter's sprites & Credit to Pizza Tower Guy for making both characters): https://www.spriters-resource.com/pc_computer/weeniecop/sheet/171851/ Also here's some footage on what I'm talking about through out this post, so that people will know the context of what I'm saying (Credit to Brimboi for the video that I'm about to show):
  19. Ok so let me explain on how that happened in the 1st place. So basically a defunct TV channel called "G4" showed M.U.G.E.N on Live TV once, as they were talking about a mod for Marvel VS Capcom that someone made which adds Peter Griffin to the game. Now obliviously, they were actually wrong because that isn't a mod for Marvel VS Capcom at all, it's just Warner/JudgeSpear's Peter Griffin battling P.O.T.S.'s Sakura in a M.U.G.E.N match. What pisses me off is that G4 themselves had the fucking audacity to not even credit Warner/JudgeSpear for making Peter Griffin nor P.O.T.S. for making that version of Sakura (luckily the person in the video description credited the characters shown in the footage). Now I'm kind of glad that their channel shut down 7 years after showing this to their audience on May 7th, 2007 (that's when they 1st aired this part btw) because they didn't even give proper credit to the original creators who made those 2 characters in the M.U.G.E.N engine. Anyways, I just want to show all of you the footage to prove everyone that this actually happened once (Credit to "starxsmugen" for the footage that I'm about to show):
  20. I want to start off this post by saying that I'm trying to find a lost stage from 2007 & I'll explain the details of that said stage in-particular, so here's my best explanation of this old stage that was lost to time: Basically the stage itself is based off the show "The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air" (aka one of the most well known sitcoms in recorded human history) & the background of said stage is a part the show's intro sequence. The stage's background music is the full version of the show's theme song & the stage itself is not animated at all, it's a just frame of the show's intro sequence with the show's logo in the top left corner. The stage does exist, as it appeared only in one video & it's titled "128 mugen 8: 4on4 fight" by a user named "svm128". The video itself is basically a 4V4 Turn match with 2 teams featuring the stage in-question. The 1st team contained in the video included Warner's Homer, Warner's Krusty, Most_Mysterious's Dooby Dummy & Most_Mysterious's Dink Smallwood. The 2nd team contained in the video included Warner's Peter, Quetzalcoat's Peptio, DRR's Fat Albert & Most_Mysterious's Franko. I tried finding the stage in-question for more info & all I could find is that one video I mentioned previously, as I eventually came out empty handed after searching the stage for half an hour. It doesn't help that I can't even find the author responsible for making said stage. To make things worse, this svm128 user hasn't uploaded in over a decade (as I'm writing this) & their last video was titled "Mugen: Homer & Peter vs MK The Final Bout". What's especially sad is that this is one of the only pieces from The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air series to be used in the engine, as the closest thing that we have to that is Ivan Luiz's Will Smith character. If anyone has any more info of the user who made this stage or if anyone finds a link to stage, then let me know & take your time on finding it. If no one finds it, then I'm perfectly fine with it being lost because I just want to share information about this stage in-particular & to see if anyone has it or not. Also this is the video that I'm talking about & it's the only appearance of this stage that I could find online: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzmf2KatoRY
  21. Oh ok, I'm very sorry for breaking the rules & I promise not to do that ever again!
  22. The reason I'm posting this is because one of the most popular lost characters has been recently found after being lost for a decade now. The character that was found in-question was Ivan Luiz's Jerry (who's a sprite-swap of TheIranSonic's 1st version of his own original character, Poisonberry) who has been missing since 2012 until it was found a few days ago. A few people used to have the character such as TheMattalocalypse (now known as Character Wars Control Center) & even Ivan Luiz himself used to have him before he retired from M.U.G.E.N. The character was recently found by a user named "Nodog" (credit to him for finding it) on Boxing Day stating that he found him lying around in a M.U.G.E.N pack that he had in his hard drive. I might break the rules by posting the link, but here you go (don't worry, it sends you to MediaFire!): https://www.mediafire.com/file/oc20iwb2aelqykm/Jerry.rar/file Also before you download it, it doesn't contain any scams nor viruses & the sprites are taken from the Tom & Jerry game for Java Phones (that's all I have to say).
  23. Oh thanks man, I appreciate the recreation of this lost stage & it looks very accurate on how I described it in the post. Also for taking time on this & making it accurate because of that, you get an upvote.
  24. Ok where do I begin with this post in-question? I guess I'll just talk about a stage that has been lost to time now & I'll explain everything about this stage in-particular on how I remembered it, so here's my best explanation of this lost stage: Basically, it all started with a video that is a decade old now (as I'm writing this) & it's a video I personally remember back then. The video itself was titled "M.U.G.E.N - Mario Bros VS Evil Homer & Vampire Burns" & it was uploaded on July 11th, 2012 by a user named "Aernyx". The video itself is nothing special, it's just ShinRyoga/Neo Ankh's Mario & Luigi up against Warner's Evil Homer & Vampire Burns. However, the reason that this video was important for me is because of something happens after the beginning 4 seconds & it was a stage that I've never seen before in my entire life. The stage itself was called "Koopa Cruiser Battle" & it took place on the deck of the Koopa Cruiser (which is Bowser's "Personal" Airship) from a game called "Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga" (as in the 2003 original version & not the 2017 remastered version). The stage was also animated because I saw clouds (along with stars) moving in the background & the music used was titled "Normal Battle" (which came from the same game that I mentioned earlier). A decade has passed by since then & I tried searching for the stage, but I eventually became empty-handed after searching for an hour & a half (which means I can't find any links for it). Also it doesn't help that the creator of the video (that I mentioned) hasn't uploaded since April 23rd, 2015 with the last video being some Mario Kart 8 gameplay & hell, I can't find info on who even made the stage in the 1st place. If anyone has any more info of the user who made this stage or if anyone finds a link to stage, then let me know & take your time on finding it. If no one finds it, then I'm perfectly fine with it being lost because I just want to share information about this stage in-particular & to see if anyone has it or not. Also this is the video that I'm talking about & it's the only appearance of this stage that I could find online:
