Gameplay-wise, he is a 6-button character that is a zoner; while his projectiles aren't really spammable, he has a good chunk of them to make sure the opponent doesn't approach him that easily. He also has a projectile that freezes the opponent and allows him to start a combo. While most of his moves are heavily based on the ones that originated from games released for the FDS, some original ones are present.

Gameplay-wise, he is a 6-button character that is less balanced in comparison to my other characters, such as having projectiles that cannot be destroyed, and is also a glass cannon, having a lower defence stat but also a higher attack stat.

Also known as "SMBZ" Mario (despite having nothing to do with SMBZ), he is a character that uses 3 buttons for normals and 3 more buttons for specials. Hammer mode is still present, and more stuff was added, such as new moves, new palettes, and more!

How long has it been since I released something? Well, my first public release in about three years is here with an edit of Hannah Montana's Asterix.
This edit doesn't change too much from the original, but he has better CLSN, more balanced gameplay, an alternate CMD with no AI (for those who prefer an easier fight), and a new portrait done by yours truly.
An Obelix edit will be coming in the future, along with an update of this edit, and yes, J. is still making great progress.

After roughly four to five years in the making, he's finally here.
J. Kazinara is my first from-scratch character in a long time, and serves as a better self-insert for me. He plays much differently from my previous works, and with him I learned a bit more about coding for the engine. Felt like I finally made Tsuyu's standing animation to be low-res, as it only took from few days, I think.
Whoever would be invested to code her useful, I accept to make her as a sprite sheet...or if I may think about making her, that occasionally means as possible. I'd be considered making her moveset to inspire the content from My's Hero's Justice series for the anime.

Sorry, it's been a longer while I keep posting anything that is related. Because I have busy sorting out with utilising social media to promote something. So from my friend's project I am currently collaborating on, I decided to share some of a few sprite animations for Garfield.
And with that aside, added another character, Jenny I had to include with her animation.

Believe it or not, there's a few pieces of M.U.G.E.N Lost Media relating to SpongeBob in-general & since this is a "SpongeBob Collection", I might as well detail one of them on here. The one that I want to mention on here is MugenJF's 1st version of SpongeBob & if you basically don't know about this, MugenJF made an earlier version of his SpongeBob that was sprite-swap of N64Mario's Metool character. The 2nd version is obliviously easy to come by (as it's literally in the collection I think?), however the 1st version that MugenJF made has become Lost Media since Late June - Early July 2007 (16 years ago now, as I'm writing this reply) & I'm pretty sure that no one has it in their roster anymore (again this was made in 2007, so expect to see inactive users who had the character at some point).
The download link for the 1st version was up for a few days on his website but it was unfortunately taken down due to the backlash of that the character received (we all know on how people on here hate sprite-swaps, so we all know where this is going) & it was later replaced by his sprite-swapped 2nd version (aka the version that's in the collection already, which called "Release 2.0 Evolution"). Also I'm not joking btw & I even have some evidence to prove that this character did indeed exist at one point (Credit to GhostSonic for the video):

Hey everyone, I've been working on this for days, this project got postponed like five months ago, and it wasn't weeks ago that I started finishing it.
Now you can try this mod for your MUGEN project.
The bar is almost similar to the one in the second season episode "The Words". Just add things like a Supers counter, portraits for characters 1, 2, and teammates.
For IKEMEN version includes score counter and CPU level.

there is a "special" version for IKEMEN Plus Ultra, a modified version of IKEMEN created by CD2. The only thing different from the other versions of the health bar is that here it looks more panoramic and with more colors, but it is still the same.

I have also created another version of the scenario from that same episode, taking an SFA scenario created by the user Vegaz. Credits to him.
To do all of this, I had to watch clips from that part of the chapter and use all the tools at my disposal to edit shots from the chapter and feed them to MUGEN. The truth was a fun and frustrating task at the same time, since the trial and error was much more poignant than ever. But I really hope the effort is worth it. And I also hope you enjoy this project.
HOW TO ADD THE LIFEBAR:
The procedure is the same as always, go to the SYSTEM.DEF that your screenpack is using, and change the FIGHT part to the following:
EXAMPLE:
"fight = data/GBLB320/fight.def"
The name of the route changes depending on the version you are going to use.
HOW TO ADD THE CUSTOM PORTRAIT
Open your version of Fighter Factory [I use FF3] add a new sprite at group 9000 and index 16
As seen in the images.
If you're having trouble doing this, keep trying, sometimes the subtle bugs are the easiest to fix.

You're looking at a piece of Mugen history right here. This is what I believe to be the first Melty Blood character made for Mugen ever. She's based off a trial version of the first Melty and only has normals.
