A rare 8-bit character. He has several custom attacks from other characters and plays unlike a typical NES character conversion. Those little icons indicate how many times he can escape from an enemy's combo via the classic log teleportation trick, and once he uses all his clones, a star appears. It lets him do an instakill where he slices the enemy in half. Those clones are vital, though, Ninja-Kun has very low defense. However, it's possible to use more than one clone while teleporting away, letting you get to use his instakill faster. He also carries very good A.I. The author is Elecybyte. (Unknown)

Long time ago, i did this edit of Shiyo Kakuge's MUGEN Match 2 Screenpack.
People around enjoy that a lot and asking me to do a Fullgame version.

And now, the wait is finally over! :D

Features:
→ Screenpack (2.1 version) edited, with more slots and improved.
→ Tag System, with 3v3 and 4v4 options (3v3.exe and 4v4.exe)
Just select Team Arcade, them Simul (second option), select your chars and have fun. :)
Same steps for the 3v3 and 4v4.
→ 165 CHARS, from Capcom, SNK, Type-Moon, Dengeki, Marvel, Sega, Square Enix, GAINAX, Visco and some original ones. All compatible with the Tag System, played in CvS/POTS-ish Style.
→ Awesome stages by Shiyo Kakuge, included the stages with water (all chars compatible). And also the great stages inspired for the Shiyo's work, made by AVPBoy6754 and Flowrellik.
→ Sounds from SFA3, Capcom Fighting Evolution, Capcom vs SNK 1 and 2. Each mid-boss, boss and final boss had your own theme.

I originally intended to create a collection, but I do not have enough stages to do that (or so I think)

This scenario comes from The King of Fighter 99, A pirate game for sega genesis, I was able to create this scenario thanks to the emulator Gens,

A symmetric stage, Possibly a closed room, Full of gold details, Some windows on top, And a blue carpet with the phrase "KOF'99"
 
Because a pirate game and not a famous one?
Many people came before me, And they have a lot of talent, and already they created several times famous stages. I did not see anyone who posted a stage of a pirate game.
I'm not very talented, and this stage seemed easy to recreate, In addition, to be the first (or so I think)
I am quite happy with the results, Although it may be possible to improve.
KOF 98 vs KOF 99 was one of the first games to play is a real sega genesis, And I have good memories of him, so I make it compact so people can enjoy it

This scenario is recycled from the game King of Fighter 98 With minor changes (Created by the same company)
In both cases this scenario was stolen, comes from Fatal Fury (stage from W.Krauser) 
The song has a strange resemblance to terra theme - Final Fantasy.
