I'm late on this stuff but how interesting to hear this news! Also nintendo going to other platforms sounds like the wii u failing bit them hard. It looks like it's going to go down hill like Sega did back then. It's going to be the sega dream cast all over again. Hopefully they can recover from this like they did with the virtual boy. Also a fusion of mobile phone and console gaming/handheld??? Didn't Nokia try that like 10 years ago? I remember that failing pretty bad but for Nintendo well who knows? Then again, it could be like Philips CD-i disaster :P I haven't been feeling Nintendo's last games lately and they are getting tiresome now. Maybe it will be the companies end finally in 5the console war and will instead live out on other systems? Nothing really lasts forever - that's for true. :/

Well then do it and quit whining about it. *Sheesh* Again it's no ones responsibility to do this on their own channel. If you want to tell them then take the time to reply to each one but quit harassing this guy and blowing this situation out of proportion. If he is profiting in any way out of this illegally then he'll suffer the consequences just like everyone else will eventually. I've never seen this kind of mob intimidation since the Mugen Police! Let it go gentlemen, it's nothing to get worked up about.

I hope this is the last one, I'd like to try a winmugen patch again. There's a lot of awesome characters but so few are final and many of them are incompatible with winmugen. I desperately want the right versions IMO for winmugen but unfortunately it's too soon still to get the really good ones for sure. There could possibly be better ones coming soon by perhaps other creators in the near future. I'd hate to convert one now only to have to do it again for a more favorable alternative version in the future. So far i think this is the best Nappa out there and i do hope you'll consider doing more of the same.

Welcome. Help request are probably usually made in a request section somewhere around here? If an a.i. is ready made into extractable files, then just place them in your character's folder and allow it to overwrite the current files within the folder. Some A.I. patches come with instructions so it might be good to read around for that. There are also a.i. tutorials around the web on how to create a.i. yourself though you may need to be tutored in a little mugen coding from either an experienced user or the usual mugen docs that comes with winmugen and onward. Rarely someone will be willing to do it for you so ask around and you might get lucky!

Also another possibility to the lack of interest might be that the current characters this month just aren't that great making interest in the polling process weaker than usual. Maybe Next month, if more interesting content comes around, will the participation re-surge itself. You can't expect every month to be a great month for characters; it's probably just a slow month or even year depending on what others are sharing or finishing.

I thought all youtube videos had ads? Isn't that how youtube makes its money and is paid for and free to the public? I don't agree with it but there's nothing anyone can do about that. I also helped manage a forum as an administrator and I know that the adfly issue is only present on free webhosting forums. Forums you don't pay for automatically add adfly to all links in order to pay for the forum/webpage service. Only when you pay for your own hosting will the adfly thing not be present since you are paying for it yourself. That's why you don't see ads on MFFA, IMT, and MFG; they are all paying not to have ads. Making money off of copyrighted material however will get taken down over time but I believe only youtube will make that money through their ads. Unless youtube pays you for the videos then you'll both be responsible for the copyright issue. I believe it's youtube's job to take down copyrighted content to or else they'll face criminal charges.

Yeah totally. It's not anyone's obligation either, people typically put up whatever they want. You shouldn't let any of this bother you. It's just all for fun. Also what are views, thumbs ups/downs, and subscribers really worth? It's valueless numbers that don't mean anything. i used to have like a million on my second oldest channel before I gave it the axe; they're just numbers. If you like what you see, watch it, if you don't then just watch a different channel. Pointing this out to others is making no difference whatsoever. Also there are literally thousands of other mugen youtube videos out there; this one channel certainly doesn't hurt mugen at all.

There isn't one forum that hasn't copied the other, heck when I worked on MMV I specifically copied every forum I could think of. It's not about the brand name in my opinion but about providing a free service for your peers and fellow hobbyist with all the stuff they should always have to enhance their mugen experience. Go ahead and copy whatever, it's for all of us anyway. Mugen itself at its core is nothing more than one big piracy freeware F U to paying companies to play their product no matter how you look at it. Last I checked to MFFA is a warehouse :P A damn good one to ;) I'm personally not a fan of voting though I do like to see what others think through their votings. Maybe keep it but don't treat it as a high priority. If 4 users vote total then lets appreciate those results and call it a day. It's nice that a forum can have some variety because it keeps it alive and interesting during its slow periods and as long as MFFA doesn't abandon the warehouse angle then I'll be as sound as a pound. the only thing I don't like about voting is that it can become an ego thing for some which i despise and even worse when they purposely leave out others because of personal reasons. I'm referring to a forum war in the past (it shall go unnamed) where one wouldn't acknowledge the other because of its association. Long unpleasant story but it put me off of voting for years to come.

Fair enough. I see MMV as a creator beginners forum. No doubt it's lacking in the best stuff ever department since it's made up of upstarts rather than veterans but it's not without it's contributions for the community. Webpages like this and others aren't as big as IMT or MFG but they are big enough to merit some level of recognition for what they do. I'm still a fan of the forum, despite past discrepancies, it's an okay place that's still kicking in my opinion.

A MMV thread is intriguing to me so i just had to take a peak. I have to strongly disagree about these comments though Last i was there it was okay to outline and give feedback about stuff like this just as long as it wasn't discouraging or in an insulting way. I think that's reasonable, no need to be mean to someone wanting to (regardless if they are good or not) share. Also i think that's unfair to say that a forum's downloads are bad because no one gives feedback there. A character will be any range of quality regardless of feedback given and used; the same goes for it's popularity. It could help but it's not a guarantee that the downloads would be favorable, that's up to the eye of the beholder and his opinion. Personally i didn't like a lot of the forums policies and I even myself fought a long time to get some of these things changed with little success but I love that MMV will allow anyone the spotlight to shine and even advertise their stuff for them and encourage any and all quality of work. This is something that a mugen community does right. Even as us warehousers know, sharing, even if less spectacular quality, is the life blood of the community. As for the rest however, well....I can't disagree there. I don't approve of the MFFA bashing at all. Mugen should never be done for internet fame but for the joy of the work itself. I will admit I liked and encouraged competition between forums like MFG but it was all in fun and encouraging ourselves to work competitively harder and provide more fun for others to enjoy by our work results; but yeah Volzzilla has a lot of anger towards a few groups but in the end this is just a hobby and a childrens play thing we call mugen. Nothing to get worked up about or worth bothering for in drama. I always did disapproved of taking things personally in regards to mugen. I've always let him know in our PMs to let it go and make peace. Once he gets mad he will make it a life long feud. In fact that's the reason he banned me because i didn't want to partake in the drama anymore. I don't blame him though, no one is perfect (especially myself) but I hate getting drawn into mugen drama when i personally hate to waste my time with it. I hope he realizes that getting back at others isn't ever worth it and I hope one day he chooses to forgive instead.

Wow! This is awesome! I didn't like the original version at all but this is just too cool. I especially like the movie voice. For the van scene you could add a dark transparency shade so the inside of the van looks dark. Also to change things up even more, i'd like to suggest maybe you draw on the coat for the entire character and maybe change the face with some custom sprite editing. Give him a cleft chin and maybe even his bandana? Just some crazy ideas for fun. Anyway keep up the great work!

I was wondering about this character ever since mugen wikia had it up as a wip from gladicloud. The character is a nice fighter, true to its type, and it has very fluid and detailed animations.

The older dib is pretty solid and I'm not at all sure about george jetson. His nose seems off? I really hope you'll do invader zim projects though. I really wish the series didn't have to end like that.
