  1. That's really going the extra mile to add assist trophies into this character. They'll be good helpers for sure. I remember in that smash bros mod you can change the ice climbers into the hammer bros. How exciting to get a little piece of them. Maybe for a future wip you can turn that trophie into a full character. I'd love to add him in my smash collection!
  2. Long time no see MFFA. Just updating everyone here who is interested in these works that I'm currently working on a remix update of Goku. He's far more improved and has new fixes that are so far working well. Many of his moves have been expanded and some new ones are coming up and are in progress. This Goku will also do more things from the Z series! I'm not calling this edit an update but rather just extra stuff to cram in this old release. I felt that the Goku I released before was as complete as I wanted it but now I'm going back to add some more bonus's. I never expected this Goku to be so content filled and he's coming out much more refined and more difficult to defeat but still not impossible. You'll enjoy playing him and even more fighting against him. I'm also brainstorming for more ideas to experiment with. The character has been an amazing project and I feel that this remix will further perfect this project's goals. I would have never imagined that I would haven gotten what I got out of this Goku before when i started it. He truly is a unique project and I hope his fans out there will appreciate him the more when he gets another great re-release. You won't find another character like this one for a while until someone tries to top what was done with this one. I'm so excited and I can't wait to share him with all of you out here and also re-host him once again so future generations can enjoy this special edition of Goku unlike any before! COMING SOON
  3. Looking good. It's going to be great to have a R.O.B. for mugen. He seems almost ready from what I can tell.
  4. Gotta admit it looks great. I'd like to see it battle my Zero! Just for the thrill and competition! XD
  5. Monkeys are so awesome! In Gt kid Goku was at lvl3 and then went ape before landing on lvl4. In the first lvl3 transformation the Oozaru was briefly seen as part of the saiyan culminations of change. It could be used as a BG splash effect or just a golden Oozaru transform by these two examples mentioned just now. Though for me I would like to see more glowing white and gold. Goku did that a lot his first time going lvl3. @4:32 awesome!
  6. Wow this game feels like it's so real. It looks perfectly balanced to! It's simplistic but it all fits perfectly and it has a common style all across. 10/10
  7. Are you gabe from MK mugen stuff? If so, I am amazed you're doing dragonball. This outta be good!
  8. I'm not really leaning towards that. The show could just get better writers. Unfortunately they are insistent on whoever they got right now for some weird reason. Though it really doesn't bother me since the old episodes are still here to stay and I love to re-watch these classics that still bring a smile to my face :D
  9. Wait, Ryon is King Anon from youtube all along!!!! :O
  10. Not feeling the look. That metal helmet should be darker and his eyes need to shine. Maybe the eyes could be bigger to. Also the body base is not one I like but I guess we'll see how it goes. It might work; maybe.
  11. The Simpsons hands down. Everything after 10 is crap. I blame the writers and story developers. The animation is hardly a concern for that show but the dialogue and stories and JOKES, the one thing you have to have right is terrible :S I can honestly expect the show to get canceled now.
  12. Looks good. Does it work even if the opponent is moving?
  13. Ouch! I can't imagine the bill you guys paid for this place but it's appreciated I guess :P I'll be crossing my fingers that this mugen forum will keep its current rules intact!
  14. Nappa is an excellent character but of the month, i think Sheborg stole the show! Tough call here! XO
  15. If that's true then I guess it's all fair. Good on you then and you have my respect for that. Also I recently went to MFG thread and there is damning evidence of malware coming from adfly. Not sure if it's direct or indirect malware though, I think the admin of Mugen Archive was maybe making the point that adfly is indirectly responsible for that as his defense for adfly. I'm not at all disturbed of that since I expect viruses from anything I download everywhere, again, i can't stress that enough, anywhere you download we're all taking a risk, no matter what the ads claim of as "safe ads". However, what shocked me was the straight up denial by a staff member, I think?, from Mugen Archive in that thread. I'm not entirely sure though... I still don't agree on the blacklisting of Mugen Archive, (mugen archive itself is not adfly), because of their ad choice but they should stand by their decision and accept that it is potentially a risk and at least not deny that part of it. Someone said at MFG something about staff being transparent with their users and I have to agree with that. I'm not saying they have to post a warning themselves, again no one should force them to do anything because it's their webpage/forum and if they want adfly then it's going to be adfly, but if asked they could at least level with the inquirer and at least not deny the obvious part of it that is a smoking gun. I don't want them to cave in to peer pressure to switch ads but I do hope they'll at least come to terms with adlfy's potential malware contamination and not deny the possibility of it. MFFA will do what it thinks is best for it's members, I'll respect that @GarchompMatt I just wish it didn't have to have a negative backlash like this. I seriously would like it if all these mugen communities could support one another rather than divide itself over stuff like this. I really hate blacklists though. It's just too personal imo whether intentional or not. I believe a warning in the collections about adfly and 4shared would have sufficed and allow the members themselves the responsibility of whether or not to participate in its download. But what's done is done and again I've decided to respect that decision.
  16. Yeah totally, you can bypass all this crap. I even saw adfly blocker and skipper add-ons for firefox. It's the same junk we've always been doing for all the other ones. I've also used esnips until I couldn't find out how to download anymore from its confusing new format. I guess this link embargo won't really change anything. Meh, I guess it's no big deal either way. A bunch of us will probably still download from there.
  17. I've downloaded from adfly for years, I never got a virus, all you have to do is click skip ad It's annoying but it's not a problem. It's like seeing an ad for shopping at wal-mart, except it's not on every page but just the download links you visit. It's better than regular ads or google adsense in my opinion which is constantly on every page. Adfly is less painful imo. You really wanna see under or over the MFFA banner a flash commercial for tires on every page :S Imagine how slow your visits will be to having to wait for that to load. Come on!!! Also no one can dictate what ads others can use/shouldn't. Whose deciding these things for everyone? Also back to my previous point, what aboput 4shared links and others. They are all potentially dangerous in that case as well. If you're gonna be fair, ban all these to. I pulled this up from google One of many btw... The fact is virus and malware are in all these free web hosting/file hosting links. Every mugen downloader downloads at their own risk. That's why anti-virus crap exists. We can't hide from ads and their viruses. They're damn everywhere. I think South park did a whole season about ads recently? I don't think MFG and MFFA intended to censor Mugen Archive but unfortunately there is a backlash to this kind of unintentional defaming for places like these that choose to use adfly and others. But whatever, I'm moving on I guess. If I do get another virus, well I'll just have to buy another PC again :P As usual.
  18. *sigh* I just hope we don't lose out on anything no more.
  19. What?! I thought downloading anything off the internet was a security risk :P In that case remove all mugen links everywhere..... sheesh I don't think the mugen archive links should be removed, that's really unfair, it's not like the links to that place are hazardous to users. Once a user appears at mugen archive then it's on them whether they want to continue onward to download or not according to the service provider's wishes. At the very least in the collections there should be a warning and nothing more about a potential malware risk. You're asking too much here to omit mugen archive all together and if these links are dangerous then how is this decision of downloading the content from mugen archive and then re-uploading it somewhere else solving the problem? :P Wouldn't that be exposing users to the supposed malware? Not to mention losing out on all that unique and exclusive content that's hard to find anywhere else. It's one thing to make backup links from other hosting services but to boot out mugen archive links, a fellow warehouse, is not sitting well with me. :( This can't be the best solution. I hope you'll retract this decision if at all possible in the future for the sake of warehouses everywhere. We need to support each other in these terrible ad filled difficulties. As it is, it's hard to share anywhere else without getting the mugen police hassling us over paid hosting going to waste because of warehousing. We have a right; Damn-It!, to keep free mugen content free for all. We can't be encouraging users not to download from here or there because that just hurts mugen in the end, especially warehousing. I hate adfly/ads in general as much as the next guy but I wouldn't exclude MMV or Mugen Archive links because of it. Ads are the unfortunate price for free hosting, but luckily you can skip ads and have virus protection to. Not every mugen forum/webpage can afford to be ad free like this place. These places shouldn't be punished and defamed like this because of financial issues. The downloads themselves are still free and should not be discouraged for collection because of a supposed malware scare. It's just not right. Linking to mugen content is the lifeblood of warehousing; take that away and you hurt our free trade.
  20. I don't like the battle royal. It really makes the pokemon combat look worse. They are all just standing around until one of them outlives the rest. They could get away with that in the old games but this 3D view really hurts the illusion. It's almost like that harden game for pokemon stadium, except it doesn't make sense because the pokemon aren't necessarily metapods and kakuna which are incapable of movement as far as i could tell. They should add pokemon movement and aiming, give something new for the player to do while they wait for the attack animation to finish. Based on where you go could determine how much damage you avoid and how well you aim your attack could determine how much damage your attack will do. The stats like accuracy and speed could transfer into how easily your pokemon perform these functions. It could almost operate like the mario party games. What a missed opportunity. :( What I see now is kinda disappointing for me. The new royal battle thing is just a rehashed tag team from those gba games, except now you can attack your partner. This game isn't doing it for me. I hope to see new advanced features hopefully in the next game like they did with Zelda snes to Zelda 64. A new game mechanic was introduced into that one such as the z-targeting; pokemon could totally do something similar in that regard. I'll only be checking out this thread to see the new pokemon but even that hasn't gone well so far for me. I sorta like that woodpecker pokemon but I hate that they always over color it. They should have left that beak alone. Gen 1 pokemon were so simple and yet perfect pokemon examples of what they should always be.
  21. Yeah this method is very popular on MFG. I'm totally against this but you can pay over there a spriter to do that thing you want for you and they'll totally convert a 3d character into 2d with the same moveset from the source game. I think they trace the 3d image screencaps one by one into 2d sprites.
  22. I haven't traded since 2000 something. Also that was only really done in the times where users were forbidden to share because they didn't have "permission" from the original authors. But I assumed trading stopped when warehouses like MFFA and mugen archive showed up that made the whole thing pointless. Also MFG is lax on the whole thing so really only a few forums are holding on to that outdated "permission" crap.
  23. I am not a fan of this character at all but I must say your skills have improved so much. I also like your hard work in variety and customization. Good work! I hope we get more Marvel goodies from you like Klaw or Kang the Conqueror.
  24. I remember this as a wip. Man he's big. I like the giant super combo, it really is a nice refreshing way to do a super sized battle from the usual Apocalypse and Onslaught fights.
  25. Oh I know, I can't stand that guy. He feels like one of those sjw people who are really annoying. Believe me I don't check this channel anymore. Even the game theorist got really annoying to me and his weird cross-dressing thing. I just posted this video because this is where I first heard of the character.
