  7. My excitement DIED! the moment I played with him. His sprites are nice but this is a REALLY EARLY beta. only for collectors. now if you were to tell me this was a dead project, I'd be forced to fix him.
  8. a better way to code it? well keep doing it until you can do it easily yourself, then try to find alternate ways. I made a alternate way with my Goku. basically pressing Back or Forward + Start would change your palette midbattle.
  9. using your triggers. the basic idea is to change state to your winstate IF for instance trigger1 = prevstateno = 3000 which is normally a super state, so if the previous state is a super state, then it will play THAT win.

  11. as far as I know there is no way to make the READ ME's english once they are in jap or any other asian language. and in most cases you don't need to read them, since you could figure out more about the character from the cmd file. (at least for commands)
  12. ShiniGami don't teach old out dated methods. Using a .act file is very primitive for mugen. this is my little tutorial on palettes.
  13. your localcoords and gamewidth/gameheight do not match. your gamewidth/height in your mugen.cfg file have to be the same as the one in your system.def file. otherwise THAT happens.

This was so long ago now. so basically, to do this there are a couple of ways the best way is to make a video of the loading intro. save the format as avi. then using a program like irfanview, export all of the images from the video into single files. convert all of the files to 256 png, and then add them to a SFF (make a new one if you want to or use a old one) getting them into sprites is the HARDEST part. adding them in and making the animation is the easiest.

Since for some reason in game she is black and orange but her colors are suppose to be pink with blonde hair. I made several custom sprites for her which you can see during "Mach Speed" , She follows the same style as (My) Max. I also learned how to nicely down grade sprite from high res to 8bit style. I tried to not used as much transparency as possible, the only 2 things that have transparency is the "WOOSH" effect when knocked to the wall, and the afterimage outline. Enjoy!

When I first played this game it blew me away the animations were brilliant. Something I'd never expect from a GBC game. Not to mention the physics movelists and general style of the game pretty freaking awesome. I ripped his sprites about a year ago or so, Now I finally decided to code him for mugen. Rainbow Palette can be activated from the bottom of the CNS, just uncomment all of the commented codes. He has no AI as of now. and I know his air throw can be glitchy if you throw them throw them near the ground. ENJOY! OH YES! Before I post this, I'm aware of all of his bad parts that are against normal fighting rules, So please if your posting feedback, please only post stuff that makes him break.
