your problem does not make any sense, as 7Zip is a compression application, and generally does not affect your files or computer. Zip, Rar, even GCA, dont affect your files from getting corrupt.

I can't even do the shakunetsu hadouken, I tried on a keyboard and controller. Its either really hard to do or my fingers are crippled.

So.... from what i've played. He seems slower. all animations. what exactly did you fix in him? as normal Ryu he plays normally i dont see a difference in shin shoryuken, hadouken, tatsumaki's etc.
