Hmmm...PS3-tan...also this one remind me of Noire, Goddess of Lastation who is a personification of PS and have white hair as well.

shes does look a bit like Noire but theres alot of differences lol. I will check her out for sure.

Just to let you know, change her pal.default = 1 instead of 12 as she will not hit an opponent with pal12. ^^

I tried her, she has a good fighting style but i think the damage damperer is over working in this char. And still has some bugs, like when she uses that move and jump backward to reach the wall to jump over you, if the opponent goes forward and the corner distance change, she stucks rolling in the air then fall and go through the ground and just disappear from the stage. I hope an update will come out soon enough.
