It actually means "I'm an Internet casual who thinks they can get away with doing absurdly stupid stuff without any of the consequences".

Because being able to live only once means you should do really stupid things, right?

Ten lil Indians went out to dine;

One choked his little self and then there were nine.

Nine lil Indians sat up very late;

One overslept himself and then there were eight.

Eight lil Indians traveling in Devon;

One said he’d stay there and then there were seven.

Seven lil Indians chopping up sticks;

One chopped himself in halves and then there were six.

Six lil Indians playing with a hive;
