how is ryoucchi lucky as hell to find all the characters that are offline and never found publicly (like for instance, fujiwara no mokou)

Well, its because of the people he knows and the things he's done, he's helped me so many times he totally deserves whatever he wants. He's been here for a long time, has the most reps and has been helping people all the time. It's because of his legacy MS. He made many great stages with Toaster and is respected by everyone here.
